Great location, nice staff and worthy fee”
Rooms are clean and near the beach, they have clean but quite small swimming pool, however in the case of bad weather, I can use well. Staff are friendly and helpful when supporting us to find a taxi to the airport. Good location because I can go outside for 300m and try local seafoods restaurant (Be Than restaurant) with super cheap price but high taste. The weakness of the resort is the quality of breakfast. I definitely will chose this resort if I come back.

Be warned that this resort have groups of more than 200 people checking in around 5 am and the noise is worst than a market. The people in reception is very nice.

I have feedback to sale director about service (receptionist in lobby), i went to this resort and asking price, i see the price on agoda app cheaper than receptionist talk to me, so i book on agoda app and i got a bad behavior from receptionist. I hope Thanh Tam resort will change servisce better than for customer.

Awesome beach, lazy staffs”
The beach is so nice in the morning with gentle waves The room was not cleaned when given to us ( they have not made the bed neither cleaned the toilet from previous user). They said it is a room with sea view but actually the room is garden view and stuffy and we have to request to change to another room. The bed is nice, toilet is acceptable. Breakfast is acceptable.

This hotel has 2 main business interests, buses bringing large groups for lunch and big groups having beach parties and beach dinners etc Both of these are making it difficult to enjoy a hotel when traveling on leisure and you seek relaxation. On top of this, there are no sun beds on the beach. Sunbeds are only around the pool and there is not one sun umbrella anywhere in the hotel. Pool towels are not available and they give you the same small white towels which you have in the room, which are all badly stained. Breakfast buffet does not exist and when groups stay over you are expected to sit in the ballroom with the group ... otherwise its the lunch menu plus fried or scrambled eggs only :-( Not a good experience

No ha sido una buena experiencia ”
Cuando llegue, me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno. Después de enseñar el mail de Agoda con confirmación de habitación reservada y pagada me dijeron que esperara 15 minutos. Después de 15 minutos me dieron una habitación, con el suelo mojado, recién fregado y la colcha de la cama completamente arrugada. Karaoke, musicon, hasta las 11:30pm .... imposible dormir con tanto ruido.

la qualité de l'hôtel était conforme au descriptif. le rapport qualité/prix nous paraît favorable. les matelas sont bons, l'accueil est bon. lang co est une agreable plage de sable blanc semblable a une ile, il y a un lagon d'eau turquoise d'un cote et de l'autre la mer.
