Hotel is quite difficult to find even with GPS. ”

The three of us drove and it took us about 2 hours to find the hotel after we reached Kota Bharu town. This is in spite of the fact that we have a GPS set in our car. The problem was that we are unable to log in the address of the hotel. Perhaps it was too new, too much recent development in the area or some other issues. We found out that its location co-ordinates was mentioned on its name card. It will be helpful if these co-ordinates can also be made available on Agoda's web-site for this hotel. This is a no-frills hotel and we are happy with our stay there. However some vending machines for cold/hot drinks and snacks will be a bonus though the hotel has a spacious communal kitchenette and dining room.

It was a short stay but pleasant as I am a light sleeper, so I tend to look for hotels which are just outside of the city. Quite difficult to find since we arrived at night & the sign of the hotel was too small.

the room is nice,comfortable and clean.the price also affordable and suitable for those who wants to save budget. however, the location is quite difficult to find, even via GPS the location is undetectable.

Inconvenient”

Had a good stay on the first and second day(3D2N) but on the morning of our check-out day, the water ran out! Not good at all. We had to wait for about 10 minutes for the water supply to be connected again. What is worse was my 2 year old son was in a mess and we urgently needed to wash him up. Luckily we had some bottled water as an emergency solution.

They gave a house instead of a hotel”

Dont get fooled by this Q hotel. They have a terrace corner lot house that they converted into a so call “hotel” but it is not a hotel. if u really want to stay at the hotel request the HOTEL instead of the double story terrace house. not sure whether they have approval to convert the house into a hotel. Majlis Perbandaran needs to check on this hotel

L'hôtel est propre, mais sur 3 nuits, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée, ni même aérée. Il y a bien la télé, mais pour les anglophones, ne comptez que sur 2 chaînes. Il y a également une cuisine pour les clients : pas de four à micro-ondes, mais de quoi faire chauffer un plat. Cependant, manger où d'autres se brossent les dents ne me semble pas bienvenu. Le matelas était tout simplement bon pour la décharge. Quant à la salle de bains... On prend la douche dans les toilettes... Question emplacement, c'est un peu perdu, et donc très calme.

kami tercari-cari hotel ini hampir 1 jam kerana alamat di agoda dan gambar lokasi tidak sama..lokasi tersorok dari jalan utama..kasut perlu diletakkan di luar..proses check in yang pantas tapi kemudahan bilik kurang memuaskan..sangat-sangat tidak berbaloi untuk wang anda
