Beautuful Hotel”
This is located in a quiet area of Karat, EXCEPT and no fault of their own they are building the new Central Plaza Mall next to it. But besides this, its a beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms for the price, the noise is not that loud and if you stay in the "n" building you cannot hear anything. The area has lots of place to eat from normal little cafes and Thai shops to nice little music bars as there is 2 Universities close by . Across the road is a BBQ seafood all you can eat and 150 meters down the road is a Steak House as well. Steaks for less than 100 baht. Bargain! Staff were amazing, as l had traveled during the day, l was concerned about staying in the "s" building close to the construction, l asked them to changed rooms, without any fuss, they moved me to the "n" building and upgraded me to a mini 1 bedroom suite. Amazing staff, lots more happened during my stay that showed me they care about their customers and their reputation. l will be back staying at this place soon, and once the new Plaza opens, it will be shopping heaven.

Staff were excellent, and facilities were great for the price. Even though we didn't book for breakfast, it was only 50THB for a simple western breakfast, well worth it. Will definitely use again.

The rooms are kind of old but clean so it's all fine. You get what you pay for. The hotel is not far from the university, so lots of shops, bars and stuff related towards students life. There is a marvelous quantity of mookata restaurants, these places where you barbecue your meat. Seems like students are fans of it, I like mookata too.

Hotel location is great, many restaurants surrounded and close to main highway road, quite comfortable for intercity traffic. Good room with good wifi signal. Staff are seems boring to local traveler. There has one swimming pool but seems lack of refilling and cleaning. Not exactly bad for the price but it's better for a person who has their own vehicle.

I do not want to be negative but our stay wasn’t the best in the area. I do believe that for backpackers it will be a reasonable hotel and for sure if they like nightlife music. The staff we met didn’t speak one word English and although I am of the opinion that I should speak Thai (and I don’t) it would be helpful if they knew a few basic words in English. The beds in the sober room where as granite rocks so sleeping including the songs outside wasn’t easy. In the morning we could get a western breakfast and that was a positive thing.

We checked in at 10am, the room was ready, which was very good. The swimming pool was in front of the hotel, so it wasn't quite attractive to swim there, also, there were lots of bugs in the water. The room was very standard, a bit outdated and no hair dryer was avaimable in the hotel.

This hotel is too far from the town centre for westerners, I think. There are eating places and bars not far away, but they are more for the Thais. Staff were a mixed bag, some friendly and helpful others less than so. English not easily understood. Rooms were ok but the shower was cold. Need a tuk tuk or taxi to get to the town centre. can walk it in the hot sun if you're keen enough. Good exercise but it will take a good half hour.

Hotel was too far from khaoyai... Expected it to be near.... Plan of visiting khaoyai failed though, cuz while booking location mentioned was khaoyai but its further beyond more than an hour away. Pool was dirty as well.

Dirty. Loud neighborhood. Nice outside not inside”
We were very disappointed. Hotel looks nice outside and on the pictures of the rooms. But it is dirty inside. We did not used the shower/bathtub because it was too ugly. Loud neighborhood with loud music until 3am. We even paid reduced rate but was not worth the money. I booked deluxe room but get only low standard rooms.

There was only a president suite left so we booked that but its only a two bedroom apartment type room. The hotel is located in a small road off from the mainroad and hard to find. It seems like the hotel is used by local couples in the night so be careful if you are traveling with a family.

Not very nice”
The old floor is cracked and dirty. The walls had stains all over them. The shower and shower curtain were black with mildew. The bed was rock hard. The air conditioner was very small and the remote was sticky. I've stayed in several hotels in Korat and I won't be back to this one.
