Top spot on northwest coast”
Our room was by the sea with a great view on the bay. The resort is located in between Thong Sala (10mn) and the northern beaches and yoga clubs (10mn). The staff and the owner were super friendly. Good food, cheap prices. You can rent motorbikes. Nice swimming pool with view. All in all a great venue.

We got a room here for a very low price, however in the fan room. While I wouldnt stay again in a fan room as it gets too hot, I would definitely spend a little more to get one of their villas since the views are some of the best I have seen on Phi Phi Don. Important to note however to get to the hotel its a 15/20min treck up the hill via jungle route in the end, so if you have a luggage and no man, don't do it! Online it said someone will meet us at the port to help with luggage but that never happened. There's no breakfast here, and also because of its primary location your sleep will be massively disturb as it feels like your bedroom is the party 😄 until 3am, and from 4am your bed is in the farm as the chickens are waking up.

Pros Food in the restaurant was nice and they bought to my room on request. Reception spoke very good English and was very helpful when booking my boats and my scooter. Good central location to beaches and restaurants but you need a scooter. Cons Very dated rooms that need abit of tlc. Sink leaked. Surrounding area to pool very unattractive. Restaurant always had owners kids playing in which put me off eating in there (I never saw anyone eating in there) also could hear them if you tried to get an early nights sleep. Tv didn’t work

What a disapointment after comming back after years”
We have come to this same hotel for meny years and we was waiting to come back again. There are 3 very nice pools and one of the greatest food in thailand,lady in kitchen is very kind and friendly,but then the nightmare... They give us this time room number 133 and 134...the rooms are downstair pair of 3 storys high building facing sea. 133 leaks toilet water from roof in toilet everyvear was coverred wit black mold you can imagine the smell of toilet water and mold...it was imbossible to go in and they say sorry we have only one room to change and fullybookked. Our other family have to sleap next door in 134 but the smell was horrible there also...back home this is fraud but they handle this so bad and this is the last time here.

nice view from the room, but the doors, front and back, open with difficulty and not all the way. Loud screeching sound from both our door and neighbors doors when opening. Floor tiles were loose and 1 broken. Walls were thin and could hear next room talking late into the night. Really noisy air conditioning.

outdated, neglected, broken”
this place should be max 300 per night. its absolutely bad. very old, a lot of things broken, there's not even a kettle in the room. very low water pressure in the shower, access to the room by very steep (and dangerous) stairs. I left that place after 1 night. Location is OK, swimming pool is nice.

Terrible location. Options are to use expensive taxi or rent a car or a scooter. Nothing nearby. No free lifts with the hotel car at all. Partly arrogant staff. Receptionist accused me of lieying, twice, but were proven wrong. Pool ok but dangerous. Room ok but no warm water in the shower.

Pathetic stay, ant food and very rude Owner(”
Well we came to enjoy fullmoon party at Koh Phangan.. As soon as we checked -in, we found ants and spider on our bed.. It's not actually a resort, it's a property or rather home of local converted into a so called resort.. The owner is only a manager and was super rude.. We complained above the issue and she said we will change the room.. Meantime we thought to have lunch as we were super starving and ordered thai green curry and chicken fried rice.. Guess what, there were 2ants running on our chicken fried rice plate.. We complaint about the same in which we get a reply"ant cannot come during cooking as it will die while cooking, it must have come from benethe the table or somewhere.. like seriously, there is no housekeeping cleanliness.. neither there's a telephone in room not any napkins or hand towels..Later we wanted to check out but couldn't as it was non refundable booking.. Also the property is 22kms away from fullmoon which will take you 300baht per way to reach there.. Not recommended at all..

Not what I payed for”
The room was not the room I paid for. It was nothing close to superior. Room was old and had some mold stains on the walls. Everything in the resort was little broken.
