In the beginning when we booked the hotel only because its location close to the center of city. But when we stay there, surprisingly the hotel was over our expectation. The cleanliness is excellent, the staffs were very nice, the equipment in hotel was a top quality. Overall, we were very happy stay at the hotel even only spend one night.

We stayed in family room. The sofa bed is comfortable & cozy. The room is clean & roomy enough for 3 of us (adults). The staffs are polite & very helpful. The location is strategic for us to go to places we planned to.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful whenever we have any questions. Location of hotel is good, beside is a place where we can buy traditional palembang food; opposite it are series of shophouses with gym, and food places. Stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast variety and taste are always top notch everyday - mix of local palembang & other indonesian food and western! Room was clean and comfortable. My room was single queen size bed with a sofa (which can totally fit another person to sleep on!). Probably the only downside is that the showerhead was fixed and unadjustable; so there is a need to wear shower cap to bathe, but they didnt provide us with one until we ask.

Great location, clean hotel, and good covid protocol. The minus thing is you can hear the noise from other room even from upstairs. Kids from upstairs running nonstop.

This hotel screams of comprehensive value! The service was excellent as we were greeted with lovely smiles upon arrival. The rooms are well decorated and perfectly fitted for a small family like my own. There was even a small futon type bed for our toddler to sleep on. The facilities were very nice sporting a chic rooftop pool and bar and a small fitness center. My favorite part about our stay was the impressive breakfast spread. Amazing options, both western and local, even local Palembang specialties. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
