Superb location to stay in KL Chonatown”
1) Easy check-in, efficient staff and rooms that required extra bed were all ready when we arrived 2) Located at the heart of KL Chinatown, next to Petaling Street and many eateries, shops and restaurants 3) We booked 4 rooms and all the rooms were clean and comfortable. 4) Breakfast was simple but tasty & adequate for us to start the day.

Great Location in Chinatown!”
03 October 2019 (1 night stay) Brilliant location at the edge of Chinatown, Petaling Street Night Market is a mere 2-minute walk away. Loved that all the yummy food spots are within 15 minutes' walk in all directions. Staff are polite & accommodating, & happily stored our luggage while we went in search of lunch (we were a little early to check in, & the room was being cleaned) Room furnishing is a little dated, but thankfully the bathroom is decent (although you need to let the shower run for a few minutes to allow the hot water to kick in). Clean & comfortable, simple buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. Room has a minibar fridge, plus an electric kettle for hot drinks. Parking is very reasonable, only RM5 per entry for hotel guests, so if you are staying longer, parking will only be RM5, as long as you don't drive out while you're there. Better option is to GrabCar/Taxi as its very cheap, and better yet, you need not worry about finding parking!

Is very convenient to eating places, shopping areas esp Chinatown, and near to bus terminal.”
Cheap n good food at just door steps. Massage places open v late and is just 5 mins walk from Hotel. Chinatown night market which open at 11am - 12am is just a lane away from Hotel. Shopping Malls ie SingNei Wang, Berjaya Time Square is just Grabcab RM5, if you know the way to walk back, is about 15mins walk. The bus terminal for KL-Genting Resort bus is behind the hotel, about 5 mins walk. Can walk there to buy the tickets in advance n know the timing to depart.

Short stay is JUST NICE”
Pleasant stay. Parking is easy since the hotel provides parking lot(basement) with Rm5 per entry. Which I think is reasonable since there’s so hard to find safe parking nearby chinatown. Hotel room looking outdated maybe it’s old hotel? I don’t know. Toilet is just nice. The elevator only operates 1 when there is 2. Easy check in/out. Overall 8/10 if you decide to stay at low rates hotel. Recommended.

Fantastic Location & Comfortable Hotel”
Spacious room in a hotel located strategically in KL's Chinatown. The room decor is pretty old and tired, but it is roomy and has everything needed to make it a comfortable stay. Its right smack in Chinatown, and has its own parking, a distinct advantage for those who drive. Parking fee is very reasonable, only RM5 per entry for hotel guests. We left our car parked there and went everywhere on foot. Skip the breakfast provided - you're better off eating delicious, fresh food in Chinatown than the stodgy hotel breakfast. We stayed there 2 nights and totally love the location of this hotel. Will definitely be back again.

Best hotel in Chinatown”
This hotel is perfect, everything is right on your doorstep. The rooms are amazing, big balcony, when you book a watersuite. I go back time and time again and after staying many place around KL sentral for years Id not go anywhere else after discovering this gem! Breakfast good, staff amazing. Book it!

Excellent hotel in KL's Chinatown”
Our 14th floor corner room was spacious & clean & we could see Menara Tower & Twin Towers in the distance. Petaling Street is just a minute's walk away, and this hotel is close to many attractions & famous local food. Basement Parking costs only RM5 per entry for hotel guests, & we walked everywhere. Breakfast comes with the price of the hotel room. Staff were polite and quick to oblige. Enjoyed our 2 night stay, as always, & we will keep coming back to the 5 Elements.

Honestly it was probably the best hotel in china town, my room was on 11 floors which i had a nice view ! The room was clean and nice ! I really like my stay there ! The only things that i didnt like it was the breakfast hours its 7-10 i had to wake super early to eat or some days i just missed it. They should put 7-12 am for breakfast bit overall i enjoy my stay and i do recommend this place !

First time at this hotel with young children and a baby so requested a baby cot.Luckily, they provided and placed baby pillows for us. The staff was friendly. There are also many delicious foods nearby.

Very comfortable hotel to stay at.. Staff are very polite and professional.. After check in i called the front desk for a hair dryer and it was sent immediately to my room by the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was basic but it was ok . They serve nasi lemak, noodles, porridge, toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, etc..

The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I have to say it will be better when a buffet breakfast can be served again, packaged breakfasts are a bit limited.
