Go somewhere else ”
Our experience last Christmas made us decide to book this Hotel for Mother's Day Celebration .Least we expect that it will be a spoiler , with our Mom being upset . First , the check in process was too slow . We were able to check-in 4 pm . Waiting for more 2 hours is hell. We booked 2 bedroom room but it was relatively small. The front desk is smart in attending requests . Not polite at all. The elevator is slow . The room is.dusty (if you are asthmatic you will surely have an attack) and will remain so despite your request to vacuum . There is cockroach and mosquitoes . Bathroom fixtures are old . Short of staff is obvious and the Manager is imbecil . Too expensive for the service , amenities and room condition .

Hassle check in/check out”
Confusing front desk. Apparently, there are 2. You have to walk outside to get to the other tower. Parking: basement parking is dark and smelly. Parking attendant did not mention that I should get my ticket validated before I can get out and the front desk never ask if we have a parking ticket so that the can validate. I have to leave my car and went back to the front desk. I should have read the reviews before I check in here.

Used to be good! Worst stay!”
We were there in 2015. Everything WAS great. So when we were looking for a hotel for 2017, we didn't think twice to go back. We booked two 2-bedroom suites and one regular room for 10 days and we were switched rooms many times for different reasons, i.e. air conditioner not working, door will not lock nor shut, overbooked rooms so they gave away ours... They failed to clean our rooms multiple times and when asked to come to clean, it once took 3 hours before they showed up. I can't tell you how many hours we spent in the lobby instead of enjoying our vacation. My brother had to go to the lobby every time for towels because when he took his kids to the pool and asked for towels, 45 minutes later, they still have not showed up. Even other guests spend quite a long time in the lobby for simple things. The Wi-Fi didn't work in rooms. The faucet and shower head didn't hold up so my other brother had to hold up the shower head with one hand the whole time he showered. My phone sometimes didn't work so my mom who was booked in a different building had to go to our room to see if we were up. They scheduled to have pest control come in during our stay. We even shared the elevator with a cockroach one night. We were not asking for anything special, just the rooms we already paid for! Terrible!

Nice hotel in a good location”
It's a good hotel but try to check in after 5pm because prior to that it's silly busy in the lobby. Everything in the hotel is nice. Good location.
