Fantastic short break with The Alana Sentul.”
Staying at The Alana Sentul was really fantastic short break for us. The Hotel was really clean,even the parking area was so clean. All the staff were friendly anywhere you met the staff they greet you with smile and happy face. The room was clean and have spaces. The swimming pool looking so tempting but the weather is not so friendly for us to jump in. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great. The staff at the cooffee shop during breakfast are very attentive and friendly. The area around the hotel was easy exit and entry toll way . Alot of choices of Restaurant around. All over 2 thumbs up for The Alana. We will be back soon and bring more family . Keep up the good work.

The Best in Bogor”
I booked this hotel for my parents and came over just to see how the hotel was. It was so surprising the hotel is well maintained. The rooms are huge and spacey with amazing view, location is great and the staffs are friendly. Nice pool and gym. My mom is very picky when it comes to food taste and cleanliness, but Alana Sentul nailed it. She was so happy and wanted to come back. I'd like also to recognize one of the staff in Alana Sentul works at the pool (pool attendant) his name is Anas, he is an asset for the property, he was friendly, helpful as well as went above and beyond.

Great Hotel in Sentul”
Large room, clean, i got view of Mount Salak and Pangrango. It was nice when i woke up in the morning and sitting at the balcony, i could breath with nature air freshly and nice view of those mountains. Safety with health protocol, and breakfast was good and delicious. We also had lunch and dinner at the resto. I really recommend this hotel and will come back again. The staffs were friendly esp. Mas Tommy at the restaurant.

A good place for a staycation ”
Totally rested from the hectic life, staying in the room most of the times except for having dinner and breakfast. The room was clean, the shower was exceptionally great (hot water ran well and the shower head poured out water strongly), and the room was clean. Five stars for the pillows, they're super comfortable that they drove us dozing off fast. Enjoyed the bar until it was closed. Overall, a great experience of staycation!

Stayed here during christmas holiday, and the checkin time doesn’t took so long! The staff all are friendly, Even they can accept my request for high floor with mountain view (to avoid mosque view and sound from mosque) and they also able to prepare complimentary for our short honeymoon staycation, (I only booked a standard room and request through agoda) omg thanks sahra & gita from gro team you did your job so well. The breakfast tasted good, and the place also near to ahpoong market can access through bridges prepared by alana. Definitely worth it, and will be back again to short staycation!

Just 1 hour from Jakarta, The Alana is recommended hotel for short staycation. Staff are friendly. All the rooms are non smoking room, clean and has balcony. Swimming pool is large enough. Breakfast is delicious and has may food variation. All is beyond of my expectation actually. Great !! 👍

During pandemic we really have to be selective to find a place for staycation. I personally feel The Alana is a nice place to stay, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room and other areas are also clean. The location is near the Tol Jagorawi makes it more pleasant.

It was my second time spending my nights at The Alana. My family loved all of it, especially the swimming pool, the meals, the mountain view. At that time, the hotel seemed to be full vacancies, but the staff still provided their best services. Hopefully, in my next visit, all elevators function well, especially at check-out time.

The staffs were very friendly and always ready to help, even beyond my expectation. One time, my car broke down due to a flat tire. I came to the receptionist and asked for help. Not awhile, they sent their staff to help me change the flat tire. Thank you.

its a very nice hotel and brand new, I stayed there on December 2018. the pool was nice, the breakfast also. my only concern was the elevator is too cramp. overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Location was convenient, right across Ah Poong market, and only 300mt from Andalusia mosque. Room size & facilities were excellent, ATM inside hotel, swimming pool was nice with 3 little shacks at one end of the deeper pool (1,2mt). Breakfast buffet was excellent, even had cotton candy for kids, and instant noodle food truck was particularly popular among guests. Burger at in-room dining was tasty too. Suggest to improve cable TV quality. Signal kept breaking off throughout our 2 nights stay. We lost TV signal roughly every 3 minutes, for 3-7 seconds. This was annoying, so, suggest to rectify immediately.

Staycation in Sentul”
We stayed for 2 nights in deluxe room. The room is spacious with extra balcony outside, so the fresh air keep on flowing into your room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is near Ah Poong food court so you can just walk by to get your lunch or dinner. The swimming pool was huge but during the weekend it was really crowded. A bit scary during this pandemic, I think it will be great if the management apply the rules of limitation and rotation of guest so social distancing still can be applied. Overall we had a great experience during our stay and will surely come back for our next holiday
