The place is clean and the staff are awesome! Super friendly! However the room service was very slow and the worker in charge for picking up the phone was not very friendly. Food came cold. Aside of that, dining in the restaurant was a good experience!

overall review was OK, the only we had a lil problem, it was too difficult to get phone signal outside the lobby and it is a usual when there's a strong magnetic field around this area,but fortunately .no problem in the room hotel. Thanks for the excellent service.

Big hotel with complete facilities. Just need to be more pay attention to details for example in cleanliness, the curtain in bathroom need to be replaced with new one. The bed also need to be renewed😉. Would be tremendous if the swimming pool is with hot water. For sure will become fav of the family. Anyway, its a great stay👍
