Great except extra charges”
This place is great but I've had extra charges that can't seem to be reversed in a timely manner no matter how many times I call them. So basically I've paid twice for my stay. Once to Agoda and once to Alpine inn after I checked out. This is ridiculous. I should not have to pay twice and not have my money returned to me ASAP. Other than the glaring money issues the inn is very cute and I would have said I'd stay there again except I couldn't afford to pay twice again.

Cute, comfortable, quiet and PARKING!”
This is an older motel, but they've maintained it nicely, it's adorable, you park your car right outside your bungalow door. There is a bathroom, closet, large mini fridge, Keurig, TV, tablet (kids loved this), best of all the staff was amazing and the whole place was super quiet despite being fully booked. There wasn't any foot traffic near by which made it feel safer and gave a little peace of mind.

Cheap Room Rates Unfortunately Match Cheap Facilities & Amenities”
Very odd placed bed which is hard to walk without squeezing by dresser and bed, microwave and refrigerator barely work, bathroom door won't shut all the way, shower is way to small even for one person, shower door magnetic closer doesn't work, very little to no water pressure to take shower, most T.V channels are in Spanish, Ice Machine is at the beginning of the property but good quality ice cubes, no late check outs, laundry facilities are out in the open, Very little parking lot one in beginning of entrance and one in the way back of motel property, narrow street lined on both sides with small cottage style rooms one car can park in front of two rooms, very expensive rates for the way everything is and how little effort was made into providing practical normal everyday items for guests, no major store close only liquor stores, room walls are extremely thin you can hear the littlest sounds, air conditioning unit is directly behind the side of mini fridge which blocks all the air.

If you are looking for an affordable motel outside city center and overpriced locations , this place should be your first option. very nice team running this motel, free parking, coffee with pastries, fine rooms and amenities. drive to tourist attractions is 25-40 minutes if traffic, but really was OK for us. Recommended

Our stay was wonderfully, the manager lisa and a young man fahen there fantastic. Well let me tell you there was two people that were the most terrible front desk worker. The women is the front desk manager.the other other person Was a man the works for different motels.He was horrible at customer service. I think we're going to petition him out of here. He jack the prices up. He said there was no price match.it is very nice.

Poor Staff, Poor Motel Upkeep”
Shower has barely and water pressure, door to shower doesn't close, bed is very uncomfortable, Staff is rude, constantly making booking mistakes, selling already paid for and occupied rooms to other customers, constantly calling to have forms filled out after the fact and when already booked and paid, incompetent staff, very unkept property. I would not stay no matter how cheap.

Don't stay here, water pressure for shower is nothing at all, shower door won't close or stay closed, room is tiny, bed is not a queen, box spring is busted, air conditioning is Completely blocked by mini fridge which is impossible to use, bathroom door sticks Completely and very hard to open or close very loud, microwave is very loud and doesn't heat at all, multiple times heating anything to eat. Constantly bothered by Front desk to fill out and waste paper on the same information over and over again

Don't waste the money even when it's dirt cheap because thats what you are going to get dirt cheap Everything, broken bed, shower door, shower water pressure, wrong bed size, air conditioning placing behind mini fridge which is not usable at all.

Monterey trip with 3yr old and 8 month old ”
Chose this hotel to be on the outskirts of San Francisco, in the past we have stayed in the heart of San Francisco when we had no kids but too much going on. We checked in around 9pm and were given a two bed room double beds which worked great since we had our two kids. An upgrade because we had only booked a single queen bed, the main room at the very entrance was comfortable since it had a heater but the second room did not so it got very cold throughout the night.My baby and I had to move the bed away from the window and still couldn’t get warm enough.the room comes with a nice mini fridge and a microwave.The headboards are fabric and a bit dingy and the bed covers are super thin for San Francisco where it’s always cold.overall enjoyed staying here.Coffee in a keurig was provided.

Great value accommodation for suburban travelers”
The room is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. There is also a dedicated parking space in front of the door. If you want to go to the city center, there are many different bus routes within a 5-10 minute walk, so you don't have to drive to the city center, get stuck in traffic, pay for expensive parking, and worry about your car window being broken. Overall, I think this room has a high CP value!
