it was pretty good. clean sheets etc. only thing was that the first floor reception was the best part of the hotel. seems like a family friendly hotel with people using the pool and also free afternoon tea from 4pm with some makanan goreng (fried food), jelly and some tea and coffee. once we got to our level, the aircon seemed to have cut off and our room was so badly stuffy. but it was back to ok after about 8 hours of aircon, which cannot be adjusted. so would recommend but just beware of the heat that awaits you in your room when you just get there. otherwise aircon cools down to normal hotel level so all in all a decent stay. got starbucks opposite and some pempek and cafes around so no problem.

We travelled with 2 children and 2 elder person, have booked 3 rooms and requested connecting room for us and our children. We got 3 separated room X18, X26 and X30. And the receptionist inform that there is a connecting door, as we want it. A connecting door but not a connecting room. The room X26 and X30 are not side by side, separated by a room in between. Maybe she does not understand the concept of connecting room. Room X18’s AC was broken, and needed technician to fix it. We waited him to fix, even it was late at night and we were tired. Resepsionis only gave one Room key ( card ) for every room. So whenever one of us need to go back and forth, not convenient coz no card for accessing the lift. we always gave back the key card during check out. Hotel should consider to give a key for every guest staying in the room. Two key for 2 guests are common. Thank you.

The location is in the middle of the city, very strategic. The room is clean, the breakfast menu is variety. Too bad the car parking space is outside on the side of the street due to they have a renovation. But overall it's recommended to stay here.

Superb stay at The Alts”
Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. We had a good time, my 5yo son loved this hotel and its staff. They are friendly, accommodating, and always made sure we are attended and taken care well. All the staff even know my son's name :) Love their pool and breakfast. I gave a feedback about the music in the Cafe Delapan as well. I think the music was too loud. The only two down side: 1. They said they could upgrade us but I asked for it three times to no success :( Given that we stayed there for quite a long time, it would be nice if we could get an upgrade, especially since we stayed with a young child. 2. The first room we got was on the newer side of the hotel (7th floor) was dark and small. I would prefer their decor to be brighter and more sunlight too. We then asked to move to a brighter on the 8th floor, facing the main road. It was much better albeit the older room. Hopefully when we come back later, this hotel will stay the same, especially the lovely staff. We'll come back.

Location is perfect near city centre and lots of restaurant and coffee shops near the hotel. Price is ok. Quick check in and check out. Staff are cooperative. Breakfast foods are delicious. Concern for increasing the room cleanliness , it seems little bit dusty on the room carpet. The dust effect for sensitive nose like me. Overall the hotel is recommended.
