Reasonable price but far from MTR station
Cheap price with reasonable service
A little far from the MTR station. Simple and basic accommodation comparable with the price. Clean and tidy environment/

big rip off hotel
nothing
We were not aware of that there was no private bath room and we have to share the public bath room. We ended up paying per night per room for having changing the room with private bath room. What a big rip off!!! The hotel has terrible service. First, there was no bottle water supplied. Second, we purchased bottle water and asked the receptionists to temporary keep the bottle water at the reception counter. The receptionist refused to keep the water. Totally no service mind!!!

Nice-sized room with basic amenities
Courteous staff; convenient bus service to Kennedy Town, Hunghom, Star Ferry; Mongkok district has many eating establishments
room has basic amenities with worn furnishings. however, maids do keep place clean. only complaint i have is the windows are old and do not keep out the constant traffic noise. bring ear plugs.

Simple, budget hotel at a great location
Near to shopping areas and local eateries.
hotel is located next to a public library, a few schools and near to local residential area. it's good if one would like to experience the local everyday life while heading out to explore the city. wifi is only available in the lobby and the connection is quite fast. i took a room with a common shared toilet. toilets are cleaned everyday and are well kept. cleaning attendant will come into the room to make the bed and empty the rubbish bin unless you hang the dnd sign. room is small (expected for the rate) but is equipped with a small fridge, a wardrobe and a basin for simple washing. beds are clean. greatly enjoyed my stay at anne black.

Fine for the price
Good price for the location
Walking distance from the MTR, not 5 star but if you need somewhere to rest your head for a quick stay it's ok.

Convenient Location in Quiet Area
Convenient Location and quiet neighbourhood
picked this hotel because of price and location. It is convenient and yet quiet. But the hotel is still in hostel setting and little bit rundown.

No frills and basic
Prompt house keeping
The shared bathrooms are not very clean, especially in the mornings. Other than that, I have no gripes.
