Only complaint we had was the bathroom door not very private and has a large gap so anyone could see in especially a family with young children. If we were visiting with our grandchildren we would be upset. Plus to pay to park the car is ridiculous.

There wasn't much emphasis on the hotel amenities, it was more about the modern style and great location. It did feature a cafe in the lobby. I stayed for 3 nights, after checking in I noticed a sign in the elevator that stated that the pool would be closed for a few days, then on my last day the gym was closed. Not a big deal on either of them since I spent most of my time out and about or in my room with my dog. The hotel is very pet friendly, the only issue I had was that I have a Great Dane mix and I needed an extra water bowl so I asked the front desk to send one up and they did but it was tiny! So they could work on getting medium/ large size bowls. Other than the pool the gym and the dog bowl everything was perfection. Great location, clean and quiet hotel, friendly staff and decent pricing on rooms

Great location near to the Freeway Exit; large and comfortable room”
We were driving from San Francisco and, as we knew we would arrive during the rush hour, we decided to avoid central Los Angeles (our final destination) and stay here for one night. Everything was perfect. The elevator is a bit far away from the reception, but very near the parking; so if you check in and have many baggages, better not to bring them at the check-in desk, but park the car first and bring them upstairs from the parking.

I asked for a quit room at check in. However I got a noisy neighbor who started laughing and talking loudly and making noise from 6 am on Saturday morning and did not allow me to sleep. I talked about this problem with Hotel's manager during check out and they just said that they are sorry and they will give me a quit room next time.
