            “Great hotel”

            Great place, wonderful staff, trolley stop really close. They did have a good breakfast wish they had a better selection of hot food ready. Great coffee. 4 1/2 stars.

            “Filthy carpet ”

            This is my one and only stay here. The carpet in the halls is filthy. Big black spots all over it. The pool is very small. Good for little kids but not teenagers or adults. The lobby is very small. Check in took 30 minutes due to so many people checking in and only one person working. The rooms are small but ok. No carpet there thank goodness. I will go back to the hotel I have used for 20 years in Sevierville. Much nicer and quieter. Did not get my money’s worth at the Appy Lodge. Very disappointed.
