The first time we arrived, the staff welcomed us in the most friendliest way. They served us with welcome drink, they took us to our room using a buggy car. Insane (awesome)! The view of the hotel is amazing. The pool is so big, you can relax n enjoy the ocean as well. The pool staff gave us drinks n pudding, so yummy and refreshing. They serve various menu for breakfast you can choose from. One morning, I asked the staff at dessert section to peel n cut the mangoes I bought from outside, and they said OK. Wow, the level of customer service they provide here is really satisfying The room is very clean n spacious. Gotta love the bathroom with all their amenities. Overall we had the best family holiday ever. My kids just love it, they want to come back here next time we visit Bali. The Apurva Kempinski, thank you so much for the pleasant experience you gave us. Hope to see you again soon.

Apurva is just newly build hotel with outstanding facilities, but because its not ready yet, so for the kids club still using temporary room, same with the spa facilities, its still using temporary room, so there is no hot and cold tub. But overall its really a nice family hotel with their own beach. For the area, its nusa dua, but the other side nusa dua, so a bit far from nusa dua crowed place like bali collection and others cafe near nusa dua.

Pros: Great Hotel and location in Nusa Dua, Facilities new and clean, Laguna room has all the features and large. Food from the *only* restaurant was lovely and high quality. In room dining also high quality and reasonable price for a 5 star hotel. Would stay again providing the issues we encountered are rectified. Cons: Service throughout our stay on multiple occasions was very very slow. a) On arrival no-one to greet/unload taxi. Perhaps a call from front gate to concierge to let them know someone is checking in. Once checked in it required 2 phone calls to concierge to find out where our bags were. 40mins to bring bags from reception to our room. Same issue when checking out. b) We watched 2 families leave before the final part of their meals arrived . We had similar issues. Ordered coffee, coffee arrived and was 15min before milk followed at which time our coffee was cold! A simple orange juice took 15min. Not a huge issue but it all adds to the experience.

Beautiful Posh hotel in Nusa Dua”
The hotel was super beautiful and the lobby entrance was like a luxurious Javanese castle! Staffs were very nice, attentive and helpful. Room size was big and the design was unique. Food was good especially the Izakaya by Oku. Overall, I like the hotel very much. Downside: Found quite a lot of insects (ants, drain fly, mosquito, etc.) Understood that Bali was a tropical island and insects were common there, but I had been to the neighboring hotels and the others managed to control the pest very well. Thus, I expected Apurva could do the same.

What a majestic hotel!”
The online review (pictures & videos) don't do it justice, you have to come & see for yourself to comprehend how huge & amazing the place is. I mean just the lobby itself is incredible, and the view from the lobby balcony looking down to the hotel building & the sea is spectacular! We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Ocean Court King with a connecting room for our kids, love the room size & its features, great breakfast, and Apurva is still in soft opening stage so it's quite & we didn't see many other guests around, which is awesome!
Night in Kempinski Bali”
It was the second visit at Kempinski Bali. Love the hotel environment. It is fantastic. The staff was friendly and service was improve from the first visit. Restaurant now open especially for Koral restaurant. It was very nice. It should have offered a la carte menu for additional menu variety. The spa had opened and spa room and massage was good. The staff at the spa could be more attention to the customer. When we arrived. The staff was no attented to us and keep on the phone call. The room was good but have issue with the hot water on the first night but it was solved after we raise the issue. The manager was very good at follow up with us if not mistaken her name is “Sara”. Thank you for your assistance. The housekeeping had much to improve on room cleanliness. They did not attend to clean the room on time. The floor was not dry properly. There is a bug left dead for at least 2 nights. Overall, i had good experience with the hotel and definitely revisit for the third time.

Luxurious and relaxing”
My wife and I booked the oceanfront junior suite with private pool and it was definitely worth it. We especially love getting to know the staff and receiving recommendations from them on what to enjoy in South Bali. Apurva is a relaxing hotel with plenty amenities to enjoy if you get access to the Cliff lounge. One recommendations would just be to expand the seating in Cliff Lounge, there was one morning during breakfast that we needed to wait to find seating. During tea time and complimentary hours, lounge chairs on Floor 9 were also limited. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apurva.

Amazing Hotel !”
I was amazed since I got off a car at the lobby. They have magnificent gigantic luxury lobby. All staff are very attentive, they escort us until our room while explained all the facilities. Its a must do indeed otherwise you might lost at the hotel. Health protocol is very strict as well all staff wear masks and gloves. No outside food allowed to prevent virus spreading, you can not order go food. Either you eat at the hotel restaurant or go outside. They have magnificent swimming pool as well and the water is warm! How great is that ? Breakfast at Pala Restaurant is the best! Lots of food variety and taste good as well ! I love every details of this hotel they spoiled your eyes and provide great services. I would definitely come back and stay longer at Apurva! Hope they can give us special treats again when we come back. Thank you!

I got some little accident by myself, but the staff was very helpful, they even got me some medicine in the middle of the night. The day after, not just one person but a few staff ask me how was my condition, and keep asking me if i need their help or anything else. Thank you so much apurva team!!!

the hotel itself is magnificent! I would recommend everyone that’s going to bali to stay at least one night in apurva. Room was big & spacious, got a nice view from the bathtub, staffs are very friendly & helpful, breakfast was good, in short I really enjoyed my stay here, no regrets & worth every penny.

The title says it all. Best hotel i’ve ever stayed in. Why? Where do i begin. Amazing breakfast? (Buffet style) Yes Spacious room? Yes (I had the lagoon room and the deluxe suite room. Stayed for 2 nights) Amazing exterior and interior of the resort? Yes Adult and kid friendly swimming pools? Yes Playground for kids? Yes Amazing staff and service? Yes Free water and food waiting outside? Yes Valet? Yes Kids center (where they can babysit your kids). Yes Private beach? Yes Hundreds of lounge chairs? Yes Waterfall steps? Yes Beach towels? Yes Free buggy service? Yes Free canoeing?? Yup I stayed in oct 2020. Definitely recommend. Every other hotel i go to pales in comparison. This is the pinnacle of modern resorts. Thank you kempinski group for taking the time and care to design such a magnificent piece of beauty.

honestly I was very disappointed with the facilities in the suite room. when I entered the room there were many puddles due to AC damage. for the suite category I also did not get a welcome drink or even snack. . I was book grand deluxe room through agoda and make aditional junior suite ocean view room direct in the hotel The size for a suite room is also not much different from the grand deluxe room. the difference is only in the private pool and little bit bigger for the sofa unfortunately the price we paid for the suite room category was not worth it. Compared to some hotels in the Nusa Dua area for suite room category the view of the rooms it is very beautiful, the concept of the hotel is also very good. I love it. i will come back soon but never in suite room. because it's not worth it at all you pay around IDR 8.000.000/night or 700 USD/ night . I suggest you to book grand deluxe room if you want to stay here. it's more worth it.

Amazingly Beautiful Hotel”
Very quiet and beautiful hotel located in the edge of Nusa Dua next to Rich Charlton and Hilton. It has spacious room and attentive service. The pool and garden isnt crowded which is good. Maybe because it is still a new hotel. Every spot is carefully designed in which make this hotel very enjoyable to walk around.

It was great all and all, best service EVER (to the point I wonder how they train all of their employees), good food, beautiful views all over.
