location.
The stay at the hotel was fine. Great location. Near to junceylong shopping mall. Breakfast was fine however I personally felt that the hotel is more of a 3 star instead of a 4. There is only one lift in the hotel hence you might wish to use the stairs which is faster:) Overall the stay was not bad.

with big freezer and no cooking facility is a waste.no day bed and the balcony is so small.a saparate shower in deluxe rooms is good.gyms is not available.mulbery massage is opposite is nice.

comfort ,walking distance to beach and shopping.
big room,cold aircond and quiet.
good but only one lift.small swimming pool and the gym is in another building which we need to travel if want to use.bathroom is very bad design .when taking bath we must climb on top of bath tub and rain shower will wet the bathroom.morning breakfast limited choice.a very nice massage parlour just opposite side of hotel Mulbery very comfortable and good service...

Value for money, great service, staff is flexible in accommodating guest request
Room was large as in picture. Everything in good condition and clean. Swimming pool had amazing view. Breakfast was complete. Staff was flexible to accommodate my request for shuttle for family of 4 in small car and no charges for little kids at breakfast.
