Stayed for 4 nights. They gave us a connecting room . Which was great . However the only clean 1 side of the room and left the other one untouched . Which got me thinking why . The breakfast was ok . But the location was great !

Good hotel average breakfast”
Stayed for 3nights with family. As we reached around 9:30 in the morning, they allowed us to keep our luggage in the luggage room and also allowed us to use the swimming pool. Around 11:30 we went nearby restaurant named Tajmahal, it was the best. 1:00 pm they handed over the keys to check in, with a person along with the luggage trolley. The room was spacious as shown in the website photos. Free wifi was offered. Patong beach is only 10 minutes walking. Night market is nearby. Good location. Breakfast was okay okay with not much of Indian variety. As we checked out, early in the morning to catch our flight, we were given packed breakfast that consisted of (1 jam sandwich, 1sweet bun, two small oranges and a packed glass of water.) Instead of water, they should have given a small pack of juice. Overall it was a good stay.

Located close to a market and the beach. Clean hotel, friendly staff. The only thing that was not up to standard was the breakfast. Not a great selection of food compared to other hotels in phuket.

I would recommend this hotel to others. Staff were amazing, rooms were nice and clean and good location. The Wi-Fi however, was slow and weak, so connection was an issue. There was a good selection of meals and promotions.

Good hotel for Budget travelers. ”
This Hotel is at a distance of 10 minutes from Patong beach. The food was very good. The staff is a bit unhelpful and everything is chargeable as it’s a budget hotel. The Rooms were clean and tidy. Two wheelers on hire, alcohol store, 7/11 is near by which makes it convenient to get something at odd times. I had a good stay with them and would overall rate them 3.5/5.

Con's We’re booked for three rooms, arrived around 12. Didn't requested for early check in because we dont want to pay extra. But then hotel gave us 1 room first around 1pm but the other 2 rooms on 4pm. On the day we check out, we requested for late checkout at least an hour because they the one who allowed other customer before us checking out so late and make us waited around 2 hours, but they deny our requested. And keep on telling us they already gave us 1 room early. The point is, we booked for 3 rooms originally and the other two was given to us 2 hours late. How is that even consideration?!! Its freaking 2 hours! Pros Good accommodation for the price, good breakfast, nearby malin plaza has plenty of street food and halal food option. 10-15min to patong beach by walk. Hotel has free shuttle service to beach, bangla street, and jungceylon mall.

This hotel is okay, one of the good thing about this hotel is, it walking distance to a food court night stall. Hotel shuttle to Patong Beach and mall. Quite far from the airport - 1 hour away.

One time and that’s last ”
It’s a budget hotel so yeah, everything in the room is so budget. And the worst part is, I book two nights through AirAsia with flight ticket and last night through Agoda. I’ve purposely print out the booking form and show it to the receptionist when check in, who knows when the last night the reception call me at 1AM! It’s 1AM and ask me whether can I go to the counter, and they said I didn’t book the room for last night. Ask me this nonsense at 1AM! So please train your staff well, especially the guy who wearing spec!

Nothing special. Rooms are clean and functional but that’s all. Whole facility is a little tired and could do with renovating. Didn’t eat breakfast there so can’t comment. Hotel is spread over 4 buildings with streets in between. Pools are only in two of the building so not convenient to access. Pools were also old and not particularly clean or inviting. Similarly priced places, or only a little more expensive, in Patong have nicer pools/facilities.

Book for 3night stay. Did mention late Check in. When we arrive about 10pm. Thy told us all room is fully occupied, thy will free upgrade to us, transfer to another hotel, which is totally budget hotel that not worth for the price that we book for Ashlee plaza superior room. In the end we have to spend money took tuktuk back to Ashlee plaza to request for transfer back to the hotel. And the staff is very rude to tell us that we Can’t transfer back. Because the budget hotel is under same hotel group. This is totally unreasonable, we paid for comfort stay, They transfer us to budget stay, yet they claim this is UPGRADED. At the end, we only manage to transfer back to ASHLEE PLAZA on second day morning. Waste our time, money. Definitely not a good experience.

The nice pictures, that we've seen at first when we've gathered info's about ASHLEE Plaza hotel and the picture that we saw upon arrival @ the hotel, differ quite a bit, because the advertising pictures were taken probably right after the hotel was opened years ago (was it 2007? I might be heavily mistaken here). The rooftop pool in house 3 (there are 4 separate buildings that make up Ashlee Plaza hotel), where we stay'd in, was closed (permanently probably) and the sign on the glass door leading to the pool kindly asked us to go to rooftop pools in building 1 or 2. The first room on 2nd floor of building 3 that we were given initially had a really unpleasant smell when you entered the room. So we went to reception and asked to talk to the manager Jack, complaining about the room and about the fact, that the room and facilities (lack of our "own" pool in our building and the gym being in a much worse condition than seen on the pictures) are not quite on that level that we expected when we decided to make reservation (for 19 nights) - on the pictures and judging by the "stars" (4) and thumbs-up-reviews, the hotel looked much more promising than the room that we were given to. Jack was understanding, friendly and helpful, spoke more fluent English (with a strong Thai accent, though, so about 80% of the meaning of his speech was not understandable) than the ones in the reception. He came with us to building 3 and showed a alternative room on 5th floor (room number 3517), which had neutral, odorless air inside, was maybe a bit bigger and less worn out. Jack was trying to explain, that the 4 stars given to the hotel at agoda.com is not hotel's choice but apparently agoda's own initiative and we should ask agoda directly to change their Ashlee Plaza Hotel rating to 3-star instead of 4-star. We got rooms changed (and felt bad for them, who had to take this room after we left) and were happy with the new room on 5th floor. During our long stay it was cleaned by housekee
