Excellent”
Its like a five star hostel. Only a few rooms. Each room with a unique concept. We stayed at the cafe room. It was really nice and clean. Have one sink inside our room. Shared bathroom but the bathrooms and toilets maintained well. Love their shower. Really very clean. The place is only 10mins from airport. Down got many restaurants and cafe and mart. Value for money as we only paid rm 100. Will come here again. 😀

Great hospitality, wonderful stay!”
I stayed here with my elderly parents on a layover. It’s quite near to the airport. This is my second stay as the first one was quite comfortable. The staff that sent me the check-in details via Whatsapp was nice and efficient. I met her only once while she was handling the check-in rush and the self check-in kiosk ran out of cards. Despite the brief encounter, she was warm and friendly. My parents and I also encountered the cleaning staff when we’d leave our room for breakfast in the morning prior to checking out, and they always seemed cheerful, offering an enthusiastic “morning!” each time. My only concern with this place is the bath’s drainage hole. The bathroom floor would get flooded as soon as the shower is turned on; the drainage is painfully slow, makes you wonder what gets stuck there and how long have they been cleaned out or inspected. Otherwise, cozy place. Would love to see bigger rooms added in future.

Cozy and clean ”
The place is small with a total of 6 rooms but is more than enough for me. The rooms are nice and cozy. Showers are outside but they are amazing! Super clean and staff is very friendly. Love my stay here and it is very near to the airport. I could see the airport runway from my room. Recommended

Exceptional staff deserved a mention”
My parents was travelling from KUL to BKI and the airline has somehow delayed the flight terribly as my parents are travelling on their own and not familiar there, they received an exceptional good staff who go over and above to help my aging parents to check in (as they reached at 1230am.. terrible airline, poor parents), to guide the taxi driver how to reach the hotel and help to arrange a cab for them the following day. The hotel should compliment the staff and because of such a staff that spreads the good name of the company. The hotel overall is quite new and clean.. they like the design very much. This review is mainly about their staff. I'm really impressed.. I've been travelling around and never encountered such an exemplary staff. Jojo , Thanks for your good service and help and My parents really appreciate what you have done for them. My sincere thanks once again and keep up the good work..

Great place if you need something close to airport ”
New building, view of airport runway, only short ride from terminal - perfect if you need to be at airport early in the morning. Very clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Few cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Easy to get transport to and from using Grab.

Low price with high quality service”
Its really easy to access check in check out, only use kiosk at reception. Price is really cheap for 3 bed, thanks promo. The staff is helpful, i ask iron board at 10pm. No problem. Change towel also no problem ar midnight. Toilet and heater is high technology. Access to door room just key in password! Surrounding very safe and feel like at home! Will come back to sit back and rileks watching their android box. ☺️

Hassle free, convenient & near to KK airport”
Unique room theme. Instagramable surroundings. Check in & check out using kiosk only. Good for those who prefer self-service facility & don't like to have face to face interaction with human 😂. Communicate with the hotel staff through whatsapp and staff was very helpful. The only setback was the sound of the plane flies through the sky was very loud. Overall, it's a great stay for transit to KKIA.

When we came in, we were greeted by the receptionist with welcome drinks and hand towel. Didn't aspect that to happen. They've brought hospitality to another level. I love the room design so much as it's not a typical hotel room that you'll find elsewhere. Definitely value for money and I'll definitely come back again.

Clean and comfortable, new hotel”
Located at Aeropod, this new hotel met all standard requirements for a comfortable stay; clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, all air conditioning, water heater and lights working well. Plus points for water dispenser and hairdryer. Would have been perfect if clothes washer and dryer available. Location wise, it's slightly away from the ever happening city center, but nothing a few mins' car right can't fix.

New modern place”
The room and facilities are new and finished to a high standard. Everything was exceptionally clean. Jojo the front office manager was really nice. The location is near the airport. Around 15 mins taxi around 6 MYR to KK city centre and 10 min similar cheap price to tanjung aru beach. There were a number of resturants on the ground level. A nice place to stay whilst in KK
