This place is a good place! very nice place to stay. the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is good, the hot springs are very clean, and all the staff are very friendly. especially Bli Komang, we were assisted by him from check-in to checkout. very friendly and very helpful. next trip in Bali, we will come back here again.

Great destiny with family after pandemic ”
The ayu offers us a lot of activities inside the property, so you don't need to look another activities outside the ayu. Moreover. If you needed to find a great photo spot, you would drive about 20-29 minutes to reach the spot... The room is so big and the bathroom is equipped with a hot spring water, so you do not to worry about getting freezy....

The place to be in the area!”
While like most places in Bali, the resort is working to get back to fully functioning and operational with some aesthetic upgrades needed which is understandable when you actually see how HUGE the place is. However this is all overlooked by the friendliness of the staff and the comforts of the roomand the deliciousness of the foods and drink! They went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and happy even letting us have our free breakfast 1.5 hrs after it had ended. The view from the springs is amazing and just the place to relax with good seperation from the children's area but still in the main section. When we return to Bali will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Overall okay to stay there as they have their own public hot spring to be used all day if you may. Okay for family stay. But it’s an old villa yet still okay

The villas are truly incredible. By far the best room I’ve had in Bali. The hot springs on the other hand get 3 stars at best. They are not truly hot springs but warm springs. About 30 degrees C but very clean and super friendly staff. There are roosters on site as well as stray cats so flies are a constant problem. The food was quite good especially the Chinese food. Just wish the water was warmer.

Hot springs are great, but the villa needs improvement”
We prefer enclosed living because it feels more cozy and comfortable, and this villa is very open. Surprisingly the doors for the room also had significant gaps so insects could easily get in, and it didn't get dark in the morning (annoying for people that like to go to bed late). Also, the aircon is not steady temperature. The shower wasn't good. I mostly voted high because the hot springs are great. I love the bonsais; how neat they are. The food is not so great, but ok. If the management changes the villa to enclosed living and adds a kitchen, families would stay much longer. We stayed two nights and decided it was enough because of the lack of comfort.

Old villa but still well kept. Had issues with the new digital lights installed and it kept flickering throughout the night, uncontrollable. LOL. Couldnt sleep. however each villa is private, locked, and it has a private natural hot spring pool. The pool is extremely deep. Invigorating! It was a great experience to try once, and you can enter their water pools for free, part of the perk without purchasing an additional ticket to their famous water park.

Amazing starting point for the climb”
We wanted to do the climb up the mountain and this resort was perfect. We were right near the base and off we went. The private heated pool was spectacular!

Facilities would have been great year's ago. Need some maintenance. But the value for money for the location and healing relax energy of the springs and mountain are worth the trade offs. Enjoy the Enrgy 🌅🗻💗😊

Hotel with Drama”
We boooked for 2 nights but when checking in the staff told me that I only can stay for 1 night because the room is double-booked. They asked us to stay in camping for the second night because they want to give my room to the other guest. We travel with 75yrs old grandmother and 2 toddlers, it is not possible for us to stay in camping. We demanded and threaten them that we will put this matter in newspaper. The matter was not resolved but we stay in our room anyways and see what will happen tomorrow. Thankfully they didnt kick us out the day later. But the drama still on even after we left the hotel for 30mins later they called me that I havent pay for the stay. Apparently the reception staff forgot to charge me for the room, they only charged me for the extra bed. I could just ignore them and not paid considering the rejection they gave us on the first day...but I couldn't.

Poor”
It may have been unfortunate due to pandemic times but the place hadn’t had the up keep and felt quite dirty. We had dirt on our pillows and the pool had quite a lot of mould growing. Not everything was open so food and drink was limited.

The Villa is spacious, but kinda dirty. Hot water is not even close to warm and so hard to shower in the cold. Outdoor shower even worst due to cold weather and also strong winds. Many flies and bugs, hot spring water is also not warm or hot enough, spa not in operations. Kinda sad, but komang was very nice and attentive.

Extremely terrible stay!!!”
The resort is extremely dirty and terrible. We booked the private pool villa, the facilities are old and dirty. The bed is extremely unclean with plenty bed bugs we can even see it moving on the bed. We took photos and video to the reception and asked for changing the bed sheet and blankets, but it's still the same. With a lot of bed bugs on it. We got bite a lot on our body. The bathroom is very dirty as well with a lot of hair and dirt left on the floor and the bathtub. No hot water from the shower. We stayed less than 24hours and just left the next morning. Extremely horrible memories among our whole trip in Bali. Not recommended anyone to this resort. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
