I enjoyed the free drinks and the kind staff, but there was one thing that they did that I found very inconsiderate. They have a rule that every 2 weeks a guest has to switch rooms so they can do a deep cleaning. In my case, I moved to Japan and stayed here for a few weeks with all of my life belongings around 6 suitcases while i was looking for a apartment. I threw out my back and could not walk but I was still required to switch rooms and move all my things with a severely injured back. The staff helped me and I am grateful, but I should never have been required to switch rooms considering my medical issue. Also, the relocation of rooms/floors was only for a 3 day benefit.

A continuation of my stay from my last visit. Good location. Most staff speak English. Booked a double room with toilet and shower in separated with 2 different doors. Everything in the room worked. Breakfast was not included in the rate but can be purchased with the front desk. Free drinks coupons included and can be used towards beer and orange juice. Light croissant breakfast available.

Pros - excellent location - excellent shower - free coffee and beer / juice available at the lobby Cons - no storage space. I ended up keeping my clothes in the luggage - which I kept under the bed because there wasnt enough space to fully open it - lower floors will have no view - full room Cleaning is done every 3 days. Outside of these Cleaning days, they will only change the towels and clear the trash bin. Staying at B Ginza wasnt a horrible experience. It was ok. I guess its worth the cost. Its probably ok for single travelers but not so much for couples or families. The biggest con for me is the room Cleaning policy. It didnt feel good coming Home to a room that isnt made on your vacation.

Japanese perfection”
The hotel was amazing. Everything is extremely clean and efficient as per Japanese standards. The room while small was fit for purpose for a solo traveller. Would definitely stay again when I’m back in Tokyo and would highly recommend!

Great location in Ginza 8 Chome near Ginza, Shimbashi and Shiodome providing convenient connections to most places in Tokyo. Hotel is clean and facilities are expected for what you pay for, typical Japanese hotel in terms of size, amenities and service offering. Overall since it is clean and good value for money in a convenient location, would recommend.

Average Hotel”
Hotel was in an ideal location, close to subway/trains, shops, restaurants etc. However, for the price you’re paying, the room is small and, my corner room, which I payed extra for, looked smaller than the pictures on the web! Also, my fridge didn’t work even though I asked for it to be looked at and it still wasn’t fixed. I suspect it was lost in translation!

Great location, clean, and perfect size”
Loved the location, only a few moments walk from Ginza’s main shopping streets. Convenience stores very close by, for whatever you may need. Rooms were extremely clean and while small, were functional and provided enough space to access luggage etc.. Our only warning is that beds were very firm (to our liking), but pillows were also very thin and soft, almost required being folded over to be useful for side sleepers (less to our tastes).

Hotel is well located in Ginza. Close to Shimbashi Metro and Ginza metro. Like the free illy coffee machine, at lobby, you can have coffee anytime you want. Also give you coupon for free beer or juice every day. Lots of amenities including pyjamas, pretty much you can live in without bringing anything. Like the bathroom faucets . Water is hot and powerful! Front desk Subas Acharya speaks good English and very helpful! Definitely will recommend this hotel!

Good hotel with great location”
The corner room is slighter larger than the normal room in Tokyo. Room is clean, love the free coffee & tea corner on 2/F. There are basically everything, family mart, Donki, restaurants underneath the hotel, 10 mins walk to MTR station and it is only one station to the Tokyo station, location is really great!

Clean, rooms are small because it’s japan but all essentials are there. Very kind staff, free coffee, water, beer or juice and croissant. Location is walkable in different stations. A local grocery store nearby, convenience stores, near Ginza 6 and shopping area. will go back here again

Modern clean rooms. Coffee machine with art printer. They also give you coupons to redeem for beer or juice which was awesome. Everything was good except the breakfast, I would say skip it unless it is included in your booking.

Not all staffs can speak English well, but all of them are A-stars in trying to assist you with the help and information that you will require despite the language barrier. Special mention to Mr Aoki for his great hospitality rendered to me during my stay there.
