We only stayed one night. When we arrived we received a different room with a matress on the floor. After we mentioned that we booked a different room, we received one without shower, we booked a room with shower, we mentioned and received this room finally. So it was great that the poeple were helpfull and flexible, they mentioned that the pictures don't belong to the right rooms at Agoda. The rooms are not very clean, but fine for one night. The view is beautiful on the lake, if you stay longer, it would be great to swim there. The food is good, bit more expensive compared to other places we visited, breakfast is not included.

Fun and a fantastic staff member.”
It is out of town and right on the lake. I stayed in a basic room, which suited the price. The very best thing about this place is staff member Agus. He ensured my stay was fantastic. His service was better than a 5 star venue gives. I don’t speak Indonesian, he ensured I got to my room, (offered to carry bags). I arrived late and he organised dinner and a beer for me. He sorted breakfast, transport, checkin and out, everything. All done happily and with big friendly smiles. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Agus!

La location è carica, il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile, ma tutto il resto dello staff è come se non esistesse. Le camere sono sporche, il bagno umidissimo e quindi la casa preferita di scarafaggi e fuori nel dehor ci sono scarafaggi ovunque. Colazione inesistente, il personale c’è, ma non vi propone null’altro che cos’è impacchettate… Ecco, direi che potete trovare di meglio. Decisamente

Na 1 nacht gevlucht vanwege vele kakerlaken”
Ondanks dat ik 2 nachten had geboekt ben ik na 1 nacht vertrokken. Waarom? Na het inchecken en het bekijken van de bungalow leek alles netjes. Toen ik even later terugkwam waren heel veel kakerlaken (minimaal 8 stuks) overal op mijn bagage, de vloer en de wanden. De volgende ochtend waren er nog steeds kakerlaken in de badkamer. Precies dezelfde nacht was er een ander stel wat ook 2 nachten had geboekt en uiteindelijk na 1 nacht is vertrokken vanwege de vele 'insecten'. De beoordelingen van andere reizigers waren heel goed en vanwege de goede ligging direct aan het Posomeer dacht ik een goede keuze te hebben gemaakt. Dit was echter niet het geval.

Pertama datang ke penginapan ini kesan pertama adalah staf yang ramah. Kami sekeluarga pesan kamar/cottage superrior, kamar nyaman dan bersih. Menu nasi goreng untuk breakfast yang disediakan enak dan ada menu lain yang bisa dipesan. Pemandangan danau dengan pantai pasirnya indah, anak-anak saya sangat senang.

Tempatnya nyaman dan hening cocok untuk menghilangkan stress. Pemandangannya juara, danau Poso yang besar seperti laut dan pasirnya yang berwarna keemasan. Kamar sederhana tapi nyaman dan sesuai budget. Tempat parkir luas. Staff ramah. Dan banyak fasilitas penunjang seperti kursi santai pinggir danau dan pondok yang dilengkapi alat untuk karaoke.

Lokasi bagus utk relaxing. Bisa berenang, bisa melihat sunrise, berjemur dan makan di pinggir danau (yg rasanya seperti pantai). Staff ramah. Tempat parkir memadahi. Ada resto juga, bisa pesan makan malam. Lbh baik booking lwt agoda, lbh murah drpd walk in price.
