The place is awesome, overall it was really good though it is simple but is enough for us as we don't need luxury living. The market is across the street, location wise is excellent as amenities is nearby like 7/11, food and market. The downside the traffic though so yeah other than that it's pretty good.

Arrived early in the morning. Guess what, the front desk staff allowed us to check in early!!! No problem in communication as the staff can converse in English. The staff also took extra effort showing us the shortcut to Central World!

We stayed 3 nights at The Bangkok Venice Suite in a triple bed room. Overall room is good, location is perfect. I like their breakfast, i can choose what i want to eat. Will recommend friends to come stay here.

The staff are very helpful and even pointed a shortcut for us to The Market Bangkok which saved us a lot of time. They also provided face mask for us and reminded us to wear it in airport when we check out.

Very convenient place to stay. Hotel beside Canal and quite at night time which suitable for family stay with kid. Walking distance to bigC, central world and platunam shopping area. Recommended and will come back next time.

Second time stayed here. They allowed us to check-in early at 10am and check out at 2pm without extra charges. All staffs very helpful.

Travelled with Mother and Sister. The hotel’s location is good. Just opposite neon market. 7-11 just a corner’s turn from hotel. Street food was near and there was a stall selling sweet potato balls. Staff are friendly. We have to leave the room key with the recep each time we leave the hotel. Breakfast was standard and simple. The room was a little cramped since we had three single beds in the room. But there was still walking space upon opening both luggage. Toilet was clean but the sewage got stuck on our third day and the toilet was a little flooded. Guess it was because we didn’t have our room made up. But we managed to clear the “flood” before we left. So all’s good. The heater was functioning quite ok. However, there were some cracks on the floor and some parts of it were dented. The supposedly rice cooker in the room serves no purpose as it was dirty and gave off a stench when the lid was lifted. All in all, with the price we paid, it was a decent stay.

External image may not be encouraging but internally everything worth the penny. Spaciuos triple room, confortable pillow and bed, air conditioner cool enough, and water pressure is so good. The location the best; just opposite Neon Market, 7-11 just in front, BTS Chid Lom just about 8 minutes by foot, and just 10 minutes walk to Big C.

I think what can be done better is to minimise the noise incurs when individual guest doors are locked and unlocked each time. Every loud and annoying when the doors lock/unlock. Maybe the hotel may want to look at installing digital/magnetic card lock for the door. It will helps. Overall, I'm still satisfied with the amenities in the hotel, less the noise creates front be door.

Just opposite NEON night market. Initially place is a little difficult to locate, but once you know the place, it is very convenient to travel around. Their porridge breakfast is superb !!! It is a small hotel with basic facilities. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Overall thumbs up.

Great Location Reasonable Price ”
Great location. Got 2 single beds that was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids.. 3 and 5 year old. Only challenge was getting Grab and explaining the taxi guy where to go. Best is to tell them to take you to Neon Markets near Palladium. Then guide them from there. Note that this hotel is at the corner before a bridge over the canal and when placed in Google Maps, DO NOT turn right on the bridge else you will end up with a long U turn. Turn right before the bridge INTO the parking area where you see the 7/11
