          Awesome stay, really value for money”

          Although this hotel is 2.5 km from MG road. However this is on main road and taxi stand is 50 meter walk from this hotel. You will easily get sharing taxi to MG road or to any other place easily. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. Staff is really supportive. The owner herself is really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

          I Subhojit Saha, visit Gangtok in June 13, 2022 with my Family and Friends and stay at The Parasol Inn Sikkim. I get the best Facilities in this Hotel and there Staff also very co-operative. Location wise its Good because MG Marg is only 15 mins from this Hotel via Car. Me and My Family are very pleased because we get pleasant nature like a Home. Overall we stay in this Hotel 3 Nights 4 Days and get our best Services. Thanks Parasol Inn for care about us.           Far off the city with no convenient food option.”

          This was my third visit to Gangtok and not boasting but I do have a fairly good idea of Gangtok and places to visit there and the local culture of the friendly and welcoming people of Gangtok. The place is located very far off the Gangtok city - MG Road / Mall Road almost 5kms away. There is no such good place to have your meals outside this hotel premises the ones you have looks very shady. The dining charges of the food and tea in the hotel is a complete rip-off you may end up paying more on food in a day than the actual per night tariff of your room. The view from the inner lobby rooms is okay okay you will have a better view from the road instead. Not to mention they over charged us for extra plates of food we did not eat or ordered when when asked for an explanation they said we have record but never produced one when asked to share. Bottomline is there are better hotels out there if you want to stay secluded from busy mall road and enjoy tranquil atmosphere of the hills and nature in Gangtok you can search for hotels near Tashi View point it has lot of good option to eat and that place is well connected too.

          Okay view from Queens room but very expensive food”

          An okay place. Location, hotel, and staffs are fine. But the food is very expensive here. For a 50gm Bbq chicken dish containing 4 small pieces of chciken they charge you Rs.380 and chicken dryfry 6 ps mini bone popcorn pieces are served. After the first day we avoided eating in this hotel. Mineral water is chargeable. NO FREE Welcome drinks or tea as mentioned in Agoda were served.

          I visited The Parasol Inn Sikkim in Oct 2021. The hotel was very clean and the staffs were always eager to help. We booked 4 rooms so got an entire floor. The view from Room 404 was awesome. Overall a great experience with smiling host.
