The payment is done directly to the host and they cancel the bookings as "no-show" (even a few days after your stay) so you might get charged twice and you can forget about any cashback or AgodaCash rewards. If you ask them why they cancelled, they will say that it's you who did that

Bait and switch. They promised family 2 bedroom with sea view.... nope. The room smelled very bad and was missing a window and had a trash bag halfway covering that up. this should be given Zero stars ....Just horrible

Communication and service”
They changed my booking last minute 3 hour before check-in and I have to stay in one room together with my family instead of 2 rooms. We have to pay for car parking on top of the booking fee. This is not fair* hiding fee* it should be include in the booking fee. They never answer you right away. They do only when they need money from you. It is bad organisation and service. It is good only location otherwise I'm not recommended.

Huge mistake staying here. The place needs maintenance. The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew. The A/C had moldy smell and trigger allergies. The bathroom water constantly drip contributing to mildew. Bacony covered with pigeon droppings. Also washing machine covered with droppings. The place is small even for 1 person. The entire apartment was dirty. It needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. I stayed 2 nights then moved to older building next door. Older but renovated and clean. I can not recommend staying here. These places are owned by people or real estate company. Some do take better care of their property but this one is just quick turnover to get the next people in. Also see roach and drain flies. Only good thing is internet.

Great place with amazing view in central Pattaya”
Cool place with amazing rooftop view/pool, u will have access to both towers rooftop, one is a rooftop garden to chill in and other tower is the rooftop infinity pool. And they even have more pools at lower level too. The looby is made like a bunker style with a lot of places to chill. Even the guard make honor greetings. Really feels like being at a base. The room is clean and exclusive design. Nice feeling staying there. And close to the beach, can walk down there in a few minutes. So totally recommend this place, it gives u the "wow" feeling.

The pictures definitely do not match the apartment. It's old and dirty, the windows weren't cleaned, the air-conditioning unit needs repair it so loud it will keep you from sleeping. There is a notice posted in the elevator that renting apartments daily is illegal under Thai Law and punishable by imprisonment. I wouldn't recommend this place for the price, you could get a lot better. Unless you're looking for freelance girls, the lobby packed with them night and day.

The studio was filth, the walls had holes in them. After we paid at check in the security staff demanded ฿100 per day for parking. In the end I demanded a full refund..... The Base itself was an incredibly well appointed building with good staff. The problem was the owner was renting this particular studio himself, not through Base management.....
