Just wonderful!”
Lovely staff, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast
One of the best places I ever stayed at! The room was so beautiful, really felt like home from the first moment. The owner family is just gorgeous, so helpful and friendly! You order what you want for brekkie and when the night before, and its delicious! I'm a very picky vegeterian so I requested fresh fruit which wasnt a problem at all (except the owner who was concerned if I really got full from that and tried to offer me all kinds of stuff to make sure I wouldn't go hungry, in the sweetest, most caring way possible!) My boyfriend got both american and thaistyle and was more than happy with those. The location is in a really cosy area just behind Grand hotel (great landmark both for yourself and for taxi/tuk tuks). It takes about 10 min to walk to the center, or 100 baht with tuk tuk. Its right next to a market place that have everything but its way calmer than the big night market and there's more locals than tourists. You have to try the food and thai massage! If I ever go back to Hua Hin, I would definatly stay here again! And I do recommend it to everyone going here, I can even promise that you wont be disapointed :)

Surprise me every day.”
Sumptuous breakfast by an amazing chef, comfortable and cosy room, and warm service
I was looking for some personal space and quiet when I embarked on my retreat, and found the perfect home away from home here. Apple, the lovely care taker was warm and friendly, texting me worried when I was a few hours later than scheduled. She was very hospitable throughout my stay, helping me to figure my way around and checking in on me every now and the without being intrusive. I booked the most basic room (Humble room) for an entire week, and upgraded to a bigger room (Queen room) for the last two nights after my partner joined me. If you are someone who needs space and a bigger distance away from the bathroom, go for the bigger rooms. Daily basic housekeeping was done but you have to make your own bed. Location wise, i found it relatively accessible but that's if you are willing to walk 20 min to the beach (which you wont be able to see), or 30 min to the Hua Hin night market. There is a less popular night market and a basic muay thai gym just 5 min walk from the house, and Market Village / KBA kitesurfing school is about 10 min walk away. You might have a little trouble finding the house at first, but it will only be for the first time. It is located right behind the Grand hotel amongst all the landed property. I would flag down and use the green songtheaw whenever i need to go further such as to the Cidica night market, as it costs only 10-15 baht (15 baht after 6pm). Staying here met all my needs, and i was very lucky to be the only guest at her home during my entire week's stay. Of course, the best thrill for me was waiting to be surprised every morning by Apple's cooking. Not a single meal including fruit was ever repeated during my stay, and some days I ate like a King. I am very pleased i stayed here.

Nice guest house but location is bad”
CLEAN, WIFI ENABLE AND NICE HOST
Nice cosy house and delicious breakfast near to the night market. The only negative comment would be the location. Seems like nobody in Hua Hin know whereabout is the place despite giving them the address. When tried to call them, no one picked up the phone. It's tucked in the middle of housing estate and the location on google map is wrong. Quite far away from the beach as well.

Comfortable quiet stay at this friendly B&B”
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, quiet location.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this quiet, friendly, comfortable B&B. It is close to a night market and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The bathrooms have a seaside motif and are nice and large. I recommend the delux room for the added balcony and space. Getting to and from Hua Hin was a challenge. Train unreliable. Took minibus both ways from Bangkok.
