| United States | CoupleWe visited the Ben for my birthday, while remaining understanding of special circumstances regarding the coronavirus , and subsequent protests, I believe the hotel staff did not do enough to let the guest know about policies and adjustments during this time. There was a city wide curfew we didn’t know about which made our planned late check in which the staff was informed about a nightmare. We couldn’t find anything to eat and the hotel didn’t have in room dining at this time? To make matters worse there was nothing I mean not even a napkin in the mini bar, an empty refrigerator, no water, not even a snack. This seems odd considering the caliber of hotel they claim to be. Check in was easy enough though I tried to consolidate two reservations they still shut down our room keys locking us out of the room. Some of the restaurants in the hotel were “closed” but appeared open. The worst was not having anyone make up the room because of the new policy something we should have known.
