Not the best location
Not the best location. To get to pratunam market/platinum mall, have to always climb 1 overhead bridge. The room that I've stayed, aircon is leaking and some of the lights are not working. Called twice for repairing of aircon, waited for 30 mins before one came. But after 15 mins, the aircon starts leaking again.

Will definitely come back again.
Location is good for shoppers and BTS is just 10mins away. But this hotel has 2 towers. The north tower (which is cheaper) will have to excess from 11 floors with link bridge to another tower then to your hotel room... Not an big issue though.

Great Location
The hotel is situated within walking distance to the Platinium fashion mall, Central shopping mall and the Big C supermarket. The one downside to its location is that it is nowhere near any BTS/MRT station. It is a huge hotel with 2 blocks and sometimes room service could be a bit slow.
