Everything was good
Everything was good, it's centrely located at Pratunam area. Just that it's slightly inconvenient somehow. There is no bridge to link to Platinum Mall or other way to Big C. We have to use illegal crossing or take the bridge from Palladium Mall to Pratunam Market then illegally cross to Platinum Mall. Because of this, we didn't manage to walk to other side of Pratunam even though we wanted to head there for good massage. Other than this, everything is good about Berkeley. Never regret staying here. :)

No bad. A bit expensive.
It takes time for water to heat up. A bit expensive if compare with other hotels in Bangkok. Close to shopping centre.

omfortable and established hotel that is easy to locate. However, they can do better than to demand guest to pay for mineral water. My mum mistaken the mineral water in the fridge for the complimentary drink and they demanded us to pay for it.
