Everything was great except for the shower

The hotel is easy to get to from BKK airport, but it is a little way off from the main attraction sites, such as Khao San Road or the City River pier. Especially with evening traffic. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a great view, but the way the glass shower compartment was set up meant that all the water from the shower pooled infront of the toilet and the sink. Apart from that the staff was very nice, the room was clean and it had a nice view.

Loved the room
We stay at the new tower, the room was beautiful and spacious. My son kept wanting to stay in the room for the open concept bath tub in the room. Will stay here again when we visit bangkok. 3 adult and one child staying in the room and We all loved the hotel a lot.

Good location, nice lobby and big room
Location, food, internet was Good.
Ok, The bathroom have mold everywhere the room was not cleaned and I have to go two times to the lobby and get upset to get the room cleaned and the was a party and fighting in next room all night and not possible to sleep and the staff did nothing even though I complained.

Nice hotel
The best thing of the hotel is location, street market & cleanliness
The room was spacious and clean. Fridge not working. Loan beer opener called the front desk told will bring up, the person that bring up told us to open all, can't it loan to us have to bring it back. But overall experience still pleasant.
