Good location, friendly staff and comfort environment
I arrived on 20th Nov at around 9pm. There's no porters around to help me with the luggages and i was pushing my mom on a wheelchair. It was really disappointed, i have to push my mom n drag the luggages to my room. I was given a room on the north tower and i need to change lift at the main tower and walk all the way to North tower. Overall staff service was gd... Pleasant stay, definitely will stay again.

DISAPPOINTED STAY
Good location, Nice breakfast
This is our third time staying at this hotel but was quite disappointed this time round. We actually paid more this time to have a better room however it was not even better then the previous two times. The last two rounds we stay at the north tower, this time we stay at the main tower. The room we got seems to be smaller, they do not have the small coffee table and chairs so we eat on the bed if we were to pack food back to eat. The worst thing is the water in the shower, the temperature is uncontrollable. We are unable to set to the suitable temperature. Even if we eventually did, it will change during our shower, freezing cold water for a while and then burning hot for a while so we have to be extremely careful esp when showering the kids. Super frustrated!! There is one occasion the water temperature remained buring hot for a long time and I have to stop shower!!! We informed front desk but nothing was done. The other thing is the television, the channels were not set properly so all channels were not clear. Also nothing was done after we informed them. Overall very disappointed during this stay. :(
