Pleasant Hotel with good location
The breakfast, comfortable bed and connecting bedrooms.
Hotel was near to our shopping place of choice. Got a connecting room as requested as was on holidays with my in-laws. My kid love the bed immediately when we step into the hotel room.

location and room standard
Convenient location, spacious clean room. Try to stay at main tower so that will not need to trouble yourself after shopping to change to another lift to another tower where your room is.

Value for money but staff attitude was bad
Good location, nice hotel, clean
Staying was great. Easy to get transportation, near shopping area even can shop near hotel, easy to get food. 7/11 was just nearby. However staff service attitude is really bad. Quite disappointed about it.

Good stay but holding guests hostage at checkout while they check the mini bar is worthless if they have a crime problem they should get rid of the mini bar and put in vending machines.
