Toilet overflow
Bath area overflow into the whole toilet ground. Housekeeping say cannot fix problem due to the nature of the flooring. Change another room but no better. Staff speak very very little English. Cupboard baseboard very dusty. Emergency torchlight was rusty and does not work . Our booking of double queen room are big but 3rd person are chargeable. .

Had booked this room for 3 persons and was required to pay another 4000 baht for the extra person staying in the same room. Housekeeping was prompt even at night. 10mins walk away from Platinum mall. Nearest station from hotel is the Ratchaprarop Station which is the Airport Rail Link. Must eat the SabX2 Wanton Mee and Pork Trotter Rice at Soi Petchburi 19, Pratunam and remember to go before 3pm because they close after 3pm.

Bad Experience
In the middle of the night around 3am. The hotel staff together with a japanese guest checkin . The hotel receptionist give our room to him and he come and open our room door. This is not the 1st time. My daughter had the same issue the last time she stay there. This is very bad arrangement from the hotel side.

meh...
- 10-15 minutes walk to BTS - found a half consumed water bottle on the floor by the corner of the bed - kettles have stains most likely from Chinese who leave their tea bags inside - staff seem to favor Caucasians than Asians - staying at the north wing meant taking a long walk to enter/exit hotel as there is only one entrance/exit.

Good location, price was affordable and reasonable. Cleanliness was not a problem and the staffs are pretty friendly.
