I was travelling alone and stayed for 1 night. The hotel and room was really clean. I loved it. The food is also good. It's near to infopark and accessible to kakanad junction. My room had ironboard,ironbox,mini fridge. Enjoyed my stay.

Stayed in a Suite (Room No 407) for 3 nights . Room design and furniture's were nice, But the Bad smell from the Bathroom was just Yuks!!!!. would have checked out in the same day if I haven't paid for all 3 nights. The bad smell was probably from the water drainages in the bathroom. breakfast was ok for the price. its like all the day same local stuffs. staffs in both the reception and restaurant were polite and nice.

Reasonably large clean rooms”
We stayed on the top floor, so the corridors were quite hot. The room itself was large and quite nice and well layer out. It did have a beer fridge and the did provide a kettle and some tea sachets. The bathroom was decent with a partitioned bath area (wet area). The bed was large and quite comfy, extra pillows of graded thickness and cushions were provided. Breakfast Buffet was use ok. Mostly vegetarian with eggs to order. Food was limited in selection but was quite tasty. The hotel has a parking lot that is a bit away and the security guard who doubled as the Valet did park our car. We did not use room service during our stay. The hotel itself was on infopark road and the foyer was a bit difficult to manoeuver into especially if your coming from infopark. There was no differentiation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms and we were certainly not happy with the smell of cigarette smoke that persisted in the air and drapes from previous occupants. The hotel generally goes for about 2.5 K and we paid double that for the New Year booking. Overall a reasonable place to stay

Exceeded expectation, nice and polite staff”
Blooms Cochin Hotel was a pleasant surprise. We chose it because of its proximity to a residential complex in which we had some matters to attend. Our past experience with 3 and 4 star hotels in Kochi weren't very pleasant. But what we saw at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Clean (well-appointed) rooms, furniture, beds, linens and toilets. No moldy furniture and no smelly carpets (which was our biggest worry). Enough storage and desk spaces. Enough power outlets and reasonably strong WiFi access in rooms and common areas. Above all, nice and polite staff - especially the lovely young lady at the reception who always welcomes you with a pleasant smile every time you enter the lobby. (Sorry, I forgot to ask her name). Service as well as restaurant staff were also great and services requested were immediately attended to. Breakfast was good, even though continental choices are limited. Restaurant is neat and tidy and food we tried tasted good. Will stay there again...

This is an amazing place.. the best thing about this place is, it’s clean and staff members are very very very very very friendly and polite.. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I am in Kochi..

A part of the wall near the toilet had its paint crumbling. I do not like the food in the hotel. Was given a smoking room and the pillows and sheet had a smoke smell. Overall good stay.
