Exceptional”

Excellent Hotel. Becoming very very crowded during peak period. It was much more peaceful when i first discover the hotel udring off peak period.

Beautiful and big resort”

Hotel has big compound, everywhere is nicely decorated. very good hotel for photo shooting, many bride and groom comes here for photo taking. Hotel room is expensive and the bed is very comfi and nice. Have a wonderful stay!

Great Hotel but Expensive”

Overall, my experience with 2 nights' stay there is really good but the price is slightly expensive. Facilities provided are not bad. The room is very clean but the room is very small. Breakfast is quite good and lunch/dinner there is a bit pricey. Location is quite good. Friendly and help staff. If you want to relax in tranquility, it is a good choice.

Room was decent with a great view. Service at restaurant was horrible and the food was absolutely sub par especially for the premium price. We didn’t expect much with food but my god it was worse than what we anticipated. When discussing with staff politely on food they have zero response. This is a one time trip for us and we won’t be going back as the view alone isn’t worth it.

A serene garden paradise to chill and explore”

The gardens and plants are beautiful and cared for. Wonderful scenery right there in the mountains, every direction is picture perfect. The hotel is close to the immaculate and stunning temple, Wat Phra That Pha Son Kaeo, in the Khao Kho area.. We had two rooms in the 6 year old building #3. Although well looked after, some of the infrastructure needs replacing e.g. noisy air conditioner unit and the shower needs a temperature regulator to deal with water temperature changes. Breakfast was OK for Thai tastes but a bit lacking for western tastes. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we will definitely visit again soon. Congratulations to the property developer for the well designed gardens and plantings, and also thanks for the care and attention of hotel staff!

Nice staff, environment, food and room”

We welcome by warm and friendly staff! The room was nice and clean! Morning view from room superb! Breakfast and dinner was good also. The hotel surrounding and garden is well looking with western design, can take lot nice photo! Although it’s quite some insect at night but overall it’s Great stay! Recommended!

Nice and cosy resort”

Beautiful resort with lots of photographs corners / opportunities around the whole resort. However, wifi signal is weak and water pressure for bath is not strong, breakfast is not that great with only limited choices. Since the whole layout in the resort is European style, it would definitely be nicer if bathtub is provided in deluxe room for relaxation too and the corner below basin could have been better by installing a cupboard instead of just cover up with a curtain cloth.

Beautiful hotel grounds & garden. Actual location of hotel/resort is quite a ways from main road. Rooms were nice but for the price could be much nicer. Long walk ways to hotel building/room. Parking is not as accessible to your building where your room is. Good breakfast selection. Was a bit hard communicating with staff as most were very limited in English.

A beautiful property ”

The location is quite deep inside. It must have own transport to reach. The resort is just like a castles with gardening. My Son love the room so much. The breakfast is normal. But I love the feel that sitting relax in the restaurant. Wondering and comfortable.

European garden theme hotel”

Pros: The hotel provides good breakfast. The dining area is well decorated. Hotel compound is big with european garden theme. Hotel crews attitude is good. Cons: The hotel is very quiet at night. The reception closes at night, about 10pm.

Luxurious stay”

I booked tge loft villa, only to find out at the hotel they aee located bout 1km from the main building, where road is deserted n slopy, not feasible to walk. There is no hotel buggy, no room service for those atay in villa. You need to hv own transport to ferry u to the hotel main building for breakfast n meals. Other than that, the room is nice as what the picture showed, n interior is grans n comfortable. Juz that its a bit ex if u spens most of the time outside.

Beautiful property ”

This property situated just only 5 mins drive from main road. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful garden and views of mountains. Staffs are very well trained and they will try every ways to fulfill your needs. Highly recommended for couples since the property has a lovely ground in every corners.

Excellent Service”

Beautiful resort & nice to take photo everywhere in resort. The room very clean & good view from balcony. Good breakfast with buffet style. Staff are very friendly & helpful., especially the Manager, he help us carry our luggage into car when we enter the old lobby building. He also served us when the next morning breakfast. We really thanks to him for the excellent service. I would like to recommended to others & will visit here for the next time.

English country theme resort”

The grounds are beautiful with gardens, maze, hillside and flowers all around with small mountain in the backdrop. Most every room has a view of the above except a half dozen simple rooms in back by a small garden. Family rooms have loft and are picture perfect with veranda. Bed and variety of pillows was luxurious. Seems like everywhere you walk pictures can be taken to capture relaxing memories. Easy to travel to other sites nearby, too. Restaurant service was great and fare was standard 3/5 as price was a bit high and food was not as expected . Great views from there though. Was surprised they didn’t have any English breakfast tea . Grateful for the Earl Grey though! Not well appointed as a five star should be and breakfast needs some attention. Just even having yoghurt available would’ve been a plus for us. The manager, Shawn, made a point to help each guest feel welcome and at home. He is a real gem. We’ll be back.

beautiful mountain view and nice room”

room was spacious and clean as well as toilet. got private balcony which face wonderful 180 degree close mountain view. at restaurant view was also got awesome view with delicious food. weather was cold even in mid of August. the only downside of this resort was breakfast should available fresh brewed coffee and got limited choice mostly was pork as i don't eat.

Location, View, Facilities”

Here is one of the best stay i ever have. The location is very great with private car, not too far away from the main road. The entrance is a little road but there is not a problem with it. Staff is very informative and very polite as they should be. The view is very very amazing. I like their garden pretty much as i have got so many pics from there. The cleanliness of the room is good as well as all facilities inside the room. Their bed gave me a good sleep for 2 nights. I would definitely come back here.

Calm and peaceful”

Very nice place to stay. Nice view. Difficult to get access to the garden as a part of the Hotel isn't totally finished. The restaurant is ok and a bit expensive. The room are very pretty with a wild balcony.
