Fantastic Deal for a Family of 6!”
We got a great price for our family to stay in one room and we didn't feel cramped. We got a suite with 2 queens & a pull-out bed - all 3 children, mother-in-law, my spouse and I were all comfortable. Our room was upgraded and included a full kitchen (which, unfortunately, we didn't get to take advantage of as we only stayed 1 night). Overall, the room was perfect for what we needed and the price we paid was less than smaller rooms at other hotels. The staff were super friendly and were prompt when we requested extra blankets. The hotel allowed us to park our car in their lot for the day (even after check out) while we went to Universal Studios - saving us the parking fees at the park. Getting to Universal from the hotel wasn't too far, even with 3 young children in tow. We walked about 2 blocks then caught the short shuttle ride (highly suggested as the last bit of the trip is up a very steep hill). Only drawback for me was the area around the hotel seemed a little dodgy / dirty.

Great hotel for Universal Studios!”
Universal Studios is a very easy 10 min walk away. That's the primary reason I booked. The hotel itself is simple but great value for money for a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very big, bathrooms are modern, beds are super comfy, and room cleaning service is top notch. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Can't fault it. The only thing I wish it had was an in-house restaurant for breakfast and light dinner, but they do have a small take-away shop on ground floor for simple stuff like sandwiches, fruits and juices. Besides being close to Universal Studios, it's also near the trian station which takes you to Hollywood (one stop) or central Union Station (35 mins). Taxi to airport was about USD$70. Would stay again when returning to Universal.. and go on the Harry Potter ride, it's the best!

Beautiful Room”
We enjoyed our stay at the BLVD..nice, modern clean room. Liked the fact that they didn't have carpet in the room but a wood-look vinyl floor. The only negative is, is that for some reason they didn't come clean the room while we were gone all day. Other than that, is was a great location for visiting Universal Studios.

Excellent”
The hotel was a great location for us to visit Universal Studios. Just a 10 minute walk to th e shuttle, which took us to the top of the hill/park. The rooms were a nice size (beds were large and comfortable!) and the hotel was nicely decorated and modern. There is Hollywood decore through out. I came prepare d with food for breakfast...seeing that a fridge, microwave, and sink were in our room. But there was no kitchen ware available. (So not sure why they would have a kitchenette type area, but not have anything to use with it. We ended up eating our cereal out of cups. Upon further questioning, staff said we could have asked the little cafe downstairs for a bowl. Oh well. The pool is quite small, and off of the parking garage. Not very appealing, and the kids didn’t want to swim in it. We were on the second floor...and our room opened up to a patio that had a nice seating area. We didn’t use it, but it was a nice feature...available only to a few rooms from what I could tell.

Exceptional”
Less than half the price of the large hotels near Universal studios and only a 10 min walk and 7 min walk to the subway. We were given an upgrade to a larger room and were given a free drink at happy hour. Excellent value for money, would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Universal Studios

Nice accommodations and good price”
My family wanted to be close to Universal Studios and this was ! Literally five minutes away. The room was very nice and quiet. Parking inside was high but we were able to park on the street (meters don’t start until 8:00am). The hotel stored our luggage for the day so we didn’t have to leave it in the car at Universal. Breakfast is not included but there is fast food nearby. All together pleased with our stay. This is very much a boutique hotel.

Thank you for staying with us! We are so happy that you enjoyed your visit and we hope to welcome you back again the next time you are in the area.
Super close to Universal Studios”
Pros - super close to universal studios. Facilities was clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds, large rooms. Cons - kids wished there was a bigger pool. Parking is $31/day and if park behind someone u have to leave your keys at the front desk. Sketchy ppl can come into the lobby off the street. Overall, it was a good stay for us. The cons didn’t really bother us. We would definitely come back if we needed to book a hotel room again for a universal studios visit.

Mountain Vistas and Spacious Rooms, you CAN have both!”
My friend and I were greeted warmly by the front desk associate as soon as we walked in. We had arrived several prior to the typical check-in time, however, our room was ready! A glass elevator took us up to the top floor where we had booked a King Suite. The room had a stunning view of the distant mountains. It also included a nice living area complete with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tv. Be sure to check out the folder on the desk for a list of services the spa can provide to you in your room! There were minor maintenance issues (holes in towels, shower curtain, screen door) that did not impact our stay. Most locations we wanted to visit were a quick Uber ride away. We did walk to The Good Neighbor restaurant for breakfast one day and it was a fairly safe walk. We would definitely book this hotel again!

Exceptional”
I can't stop raving about my stay at this hotel! Over exceeded my expectations!!! Room was immaculately clean, had 2 TVs a separate living area, a private balcony DirectTv , HBO. such nice, modern decor, spacious, refrigerator, microwave. The staff was so attentive snd friendly. Yes you do pay for parking but I feel it's worth it. Only a 5 dollar uber ride from Universal Studios or a 5 min walk to The Tram that takes you right there. Few drink at Happy Hour. The list goes on and on. The environment was trendy, upscale and the whole place smelled amazing will definitely be returning!!! Highly recommend!

one word to describe "excellent"”
location is about 10min walk to the shuttle service for the universal studios. happy hour from 5pm-7pm with complimentary beer & wine and they are free-flow!! and most important, they had clean room and friendly staff who provide us with great reception during our stay. feel the warmth of the hotel during a cold weather. cons: there was a black-out during our stay and the internet is very slow & intermittent and sometimes not working (especially after the black-out).

Clean, modern, bright and spacious”
The entire property was clean, bright and modern. Our room was spacious. The only complaint was that the person checking us in did not offer a very pleasant customer service experience. Nothing bad, just robotic and seemingly uninterested. Everyone else was kind and attentive and sincere. Not sure what was going on for that person that day but it kind of killed our happy, excited vibe. The property was close to a lot of restaurants and close to Universal Studios as well. Everything is within very easy walking distance. I totally recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff ”
The location is next to Universal Studio, Freeway and restaurants. You can walk to the Shuttle bus to the Universal Studio and plenty of excellent restaurants. The room was clean but ants were in the bed and in the shower. The housekeeper came everyday to clean the room but I saw ants. It didn’t bother me or my children because we had a great time. The staffs were extremely friendly, children had fun at their pool and staff helped with printing out my boarding passes.

It’s a nice place to stay”
My wife stayed here for our anniversary. The staff was pleasant to work with. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Universal Studios Trolly to the park. Parking is $31 day and there is a fee around $6 a day. But based on other areas to stay this was by far the best option without having to drive for the quality of the room, location, staff and price. We had a great time all told.

Great accomodations”
we enjoyed two nights here. Was initially one night, but due to a unclean hotel booked in Venice beach, BLVD was quick to book us in an extra night. Beds were comfy, was quiet, and convenient, overall the stay was excellent and met our needs. thank you!

Thank you for staying with us! We are so glad we were able to accommodate you and we hope to welcome you back again soon.
It's convenient but over priced”
The only advantage is the location, which takes 10-15 mins walk from the station. It is clean and the staff are friendly. But, it is a bit over priced for a night stay provided that no special facility I could enjoy. Still it is good for people who don't drive in Los Angeles to have a fun day in Universal Studio.

Awesome location, great facilities, friendly staff and all at an affordable price.”
The staff were helpful and friendly and happy to assist you, the design and the product were great. Good facilities, free wifi, laundry service. No safe, but furnished with everything you need. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were really comfy. Cost was reasonable and the location was great. Walking distance to Universal Studios and a train stop away from Hollywood. You can even get tickets for Universal Studios from the front desk. My wife and I had a really awesome time.

Staying at Studio City”
They stay and the staff was wonderful. Frist time staying at the Blvd .clean and room is big comfortable bed. The shower is amazing. I would bring my date here again. And the beauty is that the club is 2 blocks away. Enjoy my stay. Will come back and visit. Just a bit pricey but worth staying.

Great Stay”
Came down for a weekend with some friends to go to Universal as it was close enough to walk to the parking tram. This hotel was clean, beautiful, staff was friendly and it had extra little conveniences most hotels don’t think of. Even met the hotel owner who was very friendly and made sure our stay was extra great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!!

Nice Hotel”
Pros were the staff, the location is great and the room was clean. Wifi, refrigerator and TV all worked fine. Only a few minutes from Universal Studios! We walked about 3 blocks, over the bridge and caught the tram that took us right to the entrance. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The only Con was the smell of what I assume was marijuana that was stuck in our room. Smelt like skunk weed everytime we went in the room from outside. Turned on the air and opened a window and it would go away. I think prior guests smoked it in the room and it was stuck in the fabric headboards. That was the only bad thing. We w we e there on Friday and Saturday and had no trouble with the parking. You do pay extra for that so be prepared. It was $28 a night. I will stay there again.

Excellent”
Great location to Universal without breaking the bank. Very clean and trendy. Beds super comfortable. Amazing staff. Wouldn’t really say it’s a spa though and the pool is weird to get to. Would stay again though.
