I am such a fan of this hotel I’m going back this week. The service was impeccable, the hotel is beautiful and the location is stunning. We watched the most amazing sunset on the back porch during happy hour every night. The staff were so caring and went out of their way everyday to make sure my friend and I were happy. The beach is so clean and beautiful (and empty due to Covid). I snorkeled everyday right out back and enjoyed lunch by the pool. There are a few beach bar/restaurants within a 2 min walk and the food there was incredible as well. Overall it was such a lovely stay and I can’t wait to get back there!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!!”
I am truly impressed with the quality of service from the entire staff of this resort. Of course, the location is unbeatable, but what really pushed this experience over the top was how the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable during our entire stay. Also worth mentioning were the very comfortable beds,, level of cleanliness, great selection of in-house entertainment, and outstanding food (try the Lamb Massaman!). From now on, when I visit Phuket, I will only stay at this resort if there is room available for me and my family. Truly an outstanding experience! Thank you Boathouse!

Amazing location, right on Kata beach. My visit was at the beginning of low season so it was perfect with not too many people. Evening turn in service was exceptional. Fresh fruits or snacks prepared. Lead oragami nicely placed on bed. Last but not least, lemongrass diffuser lit in bathroom as insect repellant as you turn in for the night. Staff at reception, by the pool, and at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. All were eager to make my experience a superb one. Though not cheap, you are getting what you paid for. Already planning my next visit back!

Simply Exceptional ”
The whole experience from checking in to checking out was nothing short of magnificent. The location is on the best part of Kata beach and the rooms are neat and well set out. In particular the staff and their service was brilliant. Jonathan the chef really looked after us making the restaurant experience special, and his team produced delicious food, served by amazing waiter staff (thanks Khun X). We enjoyed the stay so much we have already booked again for Christmas to experience Jonathan’s mouth watering well thought out Christmas menu that he has lined up.

Loved our stay, would stay again”
Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were really spacious and had a separate "dressing area" which was like a small room. The pool was great and I liked that it overlooked the beach and had beach access, but was private. The room we stayed in had lounge chairs on the balcony so we could stay there and then pop down for a dip in the pool if we wanted, but it was insanely hot on the balcony because it was like a glasshouse! Drinks at sunset were amazing.

The customer service by the staff is simply wonderful. Our needs were well taken care of by the staff and they were accommodative to our simple requests. We would like to thank Aom, Pair, Jarina and Eric in making our stay a perfect holiday. We will definitely come back to The Boathouse in the future. It's a perfect location for any couple to spend their honeymoon at. The beach is walking distance to the hotel. There are a couple of convenience shops nearby.

The Boathouse was great! The staff were all so nice and welcoming. We felt very accommodated. The style of the room is more modern and we got upgraded to a jr suite which was awesome. Hotel is beach front so great view at the restaurant and the pool with a nice breeze. Great place to relax. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Lovely sunbed area around infinity pool with gate opening onto beach. Lively restaurants nearby on beach, very reasonable good food. Street outside has plenty of restaurants and shops , easy to book boat trips and sightseeing tours with pick up from hotel. We highly recommend this hotel .

Extraordinary sunset views from the beach front restaurant. Great service at the reception, front desks, massage therapist and restaurant; everyone were exceptionally caring during my stay here. This is the place I would recommend if you would like to dip in the ocean, and the pool and pampered with relaxing massages.

So chic hotel, most excellent part is easy access to the beachfront. We've received an excellent service from staffs even when Phuket is a red zone for covid which not much of guest while we stayed. Every staffs are in great manner, and the room have such a lovely decoration. I highly recommended.

If you want a beautiful boutique hotel in Kata Beach then this is it! The setting is lovely & the view amazing, unfortunately it rained while we were there so we never got to enjoy a few sundowners. A funny story, my wife & I went for a reasonably priced massage at the hotel. It all started as normal but about 15 mins into the massage my wife coughed a few times as she had been battling with flu & the massage had loosened her chest. Both face down on the massage beds when the one masseuses asked me where are you from? I replied proudly from South Africa. The massage carried on & 20 mins later we turned over to see both masseuses with face masks on...very funny Dinner at the restaurant was great, probably the best we had in our 2 week trip to Thailand. The breakfast was just as good. The staff are very friendly and professional and only to willing to help. The only negative for me was I don't like soft beds, it was just to soft for me. Very comfortable for my wife though!

I love that this hotel is right on the beach, where you’d sleep and wake up to the sound of waves just outside your room. Breakfast came with my booking - but food can be better. Two Chefs Grill is just across the hotel and the food is awesome there!
