very good value / price”
I don't understand the bad rating of this place. my experience was good. It's clean , comfortable and cheap. I got fridge, AC, king size bed, water , coffee for the price of basic guesthouse with nothing. Yes if you are in the top floor is better to don't have heavy luggage and the staff speak very basic English but if you want more service, just pay more. For me it was good, I found a new place to crash. MRT is 15 mn away and if you use your Google map transport itinerary you can go anywhere. Maybe they have renew and old room, so if you don't like yours , ask another one.

Value was certainly the reason I picked it to stay at but I wished they had informed me more about t”
I would have liked to know the tv channels available in English before staying more than a couple days but it worked out without English tv for a week. Bed was hard but typical for Thailand or Asia. Every couple days the cleaning staff would open the room to clean and open the doors / window to let in new mosquitoes that would get me each night-could have done without that but I did not know how to explain it to the help. All in all the staff was nice but almost every concern I left with it not being taken care of the way I would have liked but I knew they at least wanted me to be happy. Very close to satisfactory on the staff-they were nice.

Pretty good”
We stayed here for a few days as we like the area. The hotel was okay but I believe it was undergoing a lot of renovation as there was hammering throughout the day and new mattresses arriving. The staff were great. We had a bit of a hiccup on our first night as the light fell from the ceiling and smashed against the bedroom wall. They were very apologetic. I asked for a kettle for the room which they provided. Clean bedding and towels. The wifi wasn't good. It only worked well in the lower floors or the reception area. Close to 7/11 and food market. Bottled water every day.

Clean & quiet”
Bed sheets smelled good and bed was clean. There were a few spider webs in the corner of the bathroom but honestly it wasn't a big deal. Bathroom was clean and for the price was really useful worth it. There are grocery stores, street food and a few restaurants just around the corner. It's 10-15 minute walk to a MRT station. Around 45minute walk or 5minute ride to the central area where there are more bars, sky bars and restaurants. There are some buses that can take you to the central area for free (bus 45). There are laundry machines for super cheap (20 Bath). They are new and work Perfectly. Staff are friendly. They don't speak English but if you explain slowly and show them what you need with pictures they understand. They didn't clean our room because we were sleeping until late so they couldn't refill the water and coffee but when we went to the reception and show then that we needed more they gave it to us. So just ask with a smile!

Budget room but no lift”
Old hotel with minor renovation, eg new wall tiles of shower room. No lift so if you have big luggage, avoid this place. King size bed but can hear the bouncing sounds of springs when turning my body, mattress may be a bit hard for some but is alright for me. Nearby are mainly shops and residential houses, so surrounding is not noisy at night but aircon can be a bit noisy before falling asleep. Can only find 7-11 when walking to main road. Room is big and floor is clean. Need to pay deposit of 200 Thai Baht but refundable upon check out. Overall the price is value for money.

Very good location, reasonable price but poor facilities and cleaniness”
The location is very good as it is very near to some popular places such as central world in Bangkok downtown. But quite far from train station and we always have to use taxi service. The price is very cheap and staffs are very friendly. On the other hand, the cleanliness is very poor. We stayed there for 4 nights but they don't clean the room during our stay. That means they cleans the room before check-in and after your check-out only. Overall, it can be said that it is good for budget travelers to choose this hotel because of the very cheap price, good location , good condition of room which is reasonable to how much you pay.

You get what you paid for”
- got a great deal from Agoda. Else I would've gone to other nearby hotels with competing prices but better products. I'm saying this hotel is alright, basic but clean. The linen even smell so fresh. However if the price is not on discounted like the promotion I got from agoda, there are better place to consider.
