The main advantage of this hotel is the big size of the clean rooms, Negative points during this visit: there is no lift, and having a room on the 3rd floor when you have heavy luggage is a pain, there is no English channel at the TV, the microwave is available but was not working.

Value for money is correct as the room is big. Points that could be improved: get a kettle and a small toaster/oven to heat food or toast bread. Instruction manual for the room is only in Thai. All TV channels are in Thai language. The 3 floors buildings have no lift, so, if you get a room on the third floor and have a lot of luggage, you have a problem as there is no help provided by anybody.

I was visiting Mahidol University for an event and this place is rather convenient to get there. This place is good for 2 guys. The place is tough to find in the night as the roads are not well lit. There were convenient stores around the area which is good for us to get supplies as I arrived pretty late in the night. The beds and towels were clean. There was good lighting in the place. There was also a television which has HDMI ports (for the Chromecasters). The toilet was also very clean. I contacted the owner for a few things and the owner replied me promptly. There is a minor lack of facilities in my opinion. 2 bottles of mineral water were provided daily for the lack of water kettle. There was also no hairdryer. But in overall I had no issues with my stay.

The main positive points of this residence are: the size of the big rooms, the convenient location to the highway and Mahidol University, the quietness despite close to busy road. I had no hot water the first day but it was fixed the next day. The points that could easily improve stays: give instructions in English and have a few non-Thai TV channels (had only Thai language channels with no subtitles).

Big spacious rooms, ensuite, limited tv, internet is hit or miss, usually miss! No kettle but has a microwave, fridge and kitchen sink. Though no bowls, plates or spoons. There is no where to sit only a office upright chair, needs a sofa this is what lets down the room. The outside corridors and lobby areas are dark, need to brighten them up.

This Hotel is approximately 20kms from Mo Chit BTS. Station so access to central Bangkok is very limited.. A taxi is the only option.. 200/250b to Mo Chit , depending on traffic Also it is in a mainly industrial area and around 10kms to the nearest large shopping center.. It is not suitable for holiday makers but if you are looking to stay in this area it may suffice..

The room I stayed doesnt look like the picture in agoda, 1. Its a big room but there is no sofa like shown on the picture which makes the room look like an empty space in the middle of the room 2. The toilet is dirty, theres alot of dust in the corner of the toilet 3. The curtain theres a gap on the side which can be seen from outside and theres a tape on it which i try to close it but doesnt work so I have to put a chair to close the curtain 4. TV doesnt work 5. Theres no reception, i have to exchange the keys and visitor pass with a secuirity guard , other than that the room is very big and with nice design with a comfortable bed.
