Enjoyed my stay here. Althought I wish it was closer to the station, it’s around 8-10 mins walk but still very accessible :) there’s also a 7 eleven 2 mins away. Would recommend.

This place is essentially a one-person flat with all the basic amenties you need. It's 10 minutes walk from Takanodababa station in a quiet residential area, but with very easy access to the many restaurants on the main street. Check in is completely self-served but the process was smooth. Good for longer stay when you may want a more homey feeling and a small kitchenette to prepare simple food.

7泊しました。 良かった点 ・コンパクトだが食器など必要なものは揃っていた。 ・近くにセブンイレブンがあり、水や食品を買えた。レトルトカレーが充実していて面白かった(笑) ・駅までは10分程度。ラーメン屋やご飯屋が多く外食は困らない！ ・レンタサイクルスポットがあり楽しく周辺散策できた。 注意点、残念な点 ・延泊できず、他の部屋に移れ(清掃料が２度かかる)と言われた。。柔軟性に欠けた対応で残念に感じた。 延泊の可能性があれば長めに取っとく方が結果オーライかも。 ・駅からの道が入繰ってたり、高低差があるので、重い荷物を持ってるとしんどい。 ・想像に難くなかったが、バスルームが狭い…。徒歩15分の場所に銭湯(松本湯)があるのでそこに行った。 ・ベッドマットレスが△。 ・隣の人の声が聞こえる。幸い、滞在中のほとんどは両隣が無人だったので、そんなに影響はなかったが。 ・自由に洗濯できず少し困った。。 総合評価 ・コストを抑えて利便性を取りたいかたに◎ ・ラーメンや外食を楽しめる方に◎

無人は自由な仕様勝手ですがやはり慣れないと手間取ります。室内に使用上の注意などの案内をおいていただきたいです。室内は清掃は行き届いていましたがトイレバスルームの悪臭が気になりました。

一般的なホテルと異なり、部屋のサービスは最低限でポジティブな意味で解放感がありました。 一週間滞在したのですが、帰る頃には自分の部屋のような感覚になっており、なんとも言えぬ物寂しさを覚えました。 料金と設備のバランスが整っており、チェックイン/アウトが無人で行える部分も好印象です。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

高田馬場は普段うるさく汚いイメージであまり良い印象は持ってなかったのですがここは閑静で夜も静かで印象とは違いました。 玄関はキレイできちんと管理されてました。 お部屋もきれいに清掃されており快適に過ごすことができました。

제목 그대로 수건은 처음에 제공만 해주고 새 수건으로 리필을 안해줍니다. 그래서 옆에 세탁방 가서 빨아서 썼습니다. 그거 빼고는 뭐 깨끗하고 괜찮았습니다 역까지 금방 가서 좋아요
