There are better hotels for the money.”
When you walk into this hotel, you walk downstairs into something like a basement. Compared to the other hotels I have stayed in Rome the lobby, reception area and dining area is dark and shabby. The room is fine but small. I have no idea why this hotel gets such high ratings. I would not consider it a 4 star. It needs to have its lobby and common areas renovated. This hotel with a lower rating would be fine. I was expecting much better from its high ratings.

Amazing hotel. We got a good deal”
We paid a little over $110 for at least twice that in value. The hotel room was tiny per usual but exquisite. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was superb. The location was good. Definitely consider this hotel on a vacation to Rome.

No air conditioning. no hot water. filthy dirty. Bugs always present .peeling paint. bad smells. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE. I'm not that particular but trust me youll thank me and if you booked already try to cancle if you can.

Terrible ”
No working AC even thought it was advertised they did have A/C. Terribly dirty and grimy and filthy surfaces bugs always present in every room including the lobby I was there for 9 days and wished I would have never seen this hotel I usually don't leave a long review but I felt I needed to this time just to steer anyone else away from this dump. You cannot leave windows open due to loud noise from the street. Mold peeling paint bad smells. I did not take one hot shower in the morning the whole nine days I was there because I could not keep up with the demand and the morning it was barely warm in the afternoon or evening

Bathtub was dirty and hotel looks much old and aged in real life. Room is much smaller than pics.. I stayed in executive room and imagine how small double bad room is. Not worth money..

Pros - best reception and overall staff performance I've received in a long time! Location is good and rooms, albeit small, well appointed with a nice bathroom. Also, quiet and a nice breakfast. Con- room is bit small.
