The newest hotel in Naga”
Umm. First of all, the staff was amazing. Specially Ms.Ann. Housekeeping is outstanding, more than two times a day I think. The wifi speed was better than others. I do care about personal hygiene much and I found the water glasses at breakfast not properly cleaned and have spots. Hope you can provide special requests such as Bluetooth speakers, tissue paper at the room.

Very good”
We stayed at The Carmen Hotel for two nights. The location is ok - a bit far from the crowded downtown area and the staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs and comfort. Our room is also clean and the food is okay. Over all, we are happy and satisfied. We will surely stay there on our next trip to Naga and will also recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

While doing business within Naga, a relaxing moment everyday & satisfied tummy during buffet breakfast. Nice to unwind during nighttime inside my spacious room. Very satisfied short stay!

Its a nice place to unwind while you have some other activities in the area, and the breakfast was very very okay since i enjoyed every breakfast for my three (3) day stay. Well done Carmen Hotel. Looking forward for a future respite again in your well accommodating hotel...

There facilities are not yet complete. No swimming pool and other recreational facilities.”
The bathroom flooring is not level. The water is staying in one end when you are taking bath. There is a chance that the water might overflow on the bathroom floor. The water heater for making coffee did not function after one day use. The slippers provided by the hotel last only for 3 days. Quality was not good. I arrived at 13:30 for check-in but I was not allowed immediately to take my room. They asked me to wait for around 10 minutes. One day before my check-out, I requested for 14:00 check-out but it was not approved.

Very clean & staff were all friendly & helpful”
What I don't understand is why they require a deposit with my stay/ I gave them credit card on check in/when I have not even seen or step in the room/this is very annoying/ I used hotels in Europe/USA /Canada & they never asked for deposits.

Dining staff needs extensive training in all areas esp. customer service. Pool not available false advertising. Bathroom not clean enough.
