Clean and comfortable small hotel on the beach with attentive staff”
Bang Saphan - or really Suan Luang beach where this hotel is located, is a very sleepy untouristed area to grab a hammock and walk the beach. there little else to do here (options expand if you rent a motorbike which I recommend). I've come here 2x a year for 5 years to volunteer at a nearby dog rescue (Headrock Dogs, also recommend if you are a dog lover). I usually stay in a simple bungalow (not found on internet) but wanted a/c this time as August can be hot. Chala is newly built, clean, attentive staff, comfortable beds, great a/c, attention to detail such as always available coffee, water, bananas, hot water pot and nice grounds right on the beach. breakfast is very simple and uninspired but considering in low season nothing is open - it was a blessing. If you want modern comforts for a reasonable price this is a good choice.

Comfortable Stay”
A brief one night stay. This is my fourth stay here. It's modern, clean and comfortable. I have the notice the prices seem to be a little higher than previously but I did have the benefit of the seaview room. However, in the past breakfast was an option and this is no longer the case. The whole beach was filled with plastic and trash which represents a real eyesore. In high season I would expect the area to be tidied up for the benefit of those staying.

Das Hotel hat alles Nötige für einen schönen Urlaub. Das Personal ist ehrlich freundlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel schlecht zu erreichen, der Ortskern liegt weit entfernt. Ein Shuttle vom Bahnhof bei Anreise wäre gut. Nicht jeder reist mit dem Auto an. Dann kann man ein Moped mieten. Im Zimmer fehlte ein 2. Nachttisch neben dem Bett und Leselampen. Die AC war die beste in 6 Wochen Thailand, leise und effektiv. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr „international“: Würstchen, Spiegeleier und Toastbrot. Obst, Joghurt und ein Thaigericht als Alternative wären schöner. Jederzeit kann man sich Wasser aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und Bananen stehen den ganzen Tag auf dem Tresen.

เป็นที่พักที่เหมือนไปบ้านเพื่อนแล้วมีที่บ้านพักริมทะเล บรรยากาศรอบไม่ได้รีสอร์ทจ๋ามาก ถึงห้องพักจะทำเป็นรีสอร์ท เงียบสงบและเป็นส่วนตัวมาก ถ้าหน้าร้อนคงจะดูสะอาด เพราะไปช่างปีใหม่ ลมขยะอาจโดนพักเข้าฝั่ง แต่เตียงเล็กไปไหน นอนพ่อแม่เด็กน้อย 3 คน เบียดเลย ถ้าใครไม่ชอบที่เปลี่ยวเพื่อใจไว้คะ ส่วนตัวเฉยๆ

เตียงแข็งไปหน่อย รร. ไม่เอาพลาสติกหุ้มออก เวลานอนจะนอนไม่สบาย ผ้าห่มห่มแล้วไม่สบายตัว อาหารเช้าพอใช้ แต่ทำเลดี ติดทะเล เดินนิดเดียวก็เจอหาด ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย ในรูปดูใหญ่ ห้องน้ำไม่มีผ้าม่านเวลาอาบจะแฉะไปถึงบริเวณชักโครก ฝักบัวไม่ค่อยดี
