This was a great experience. Traveling with my young niece, 8 years old. She loved it and so did we. Everything was clean and comfortable. They were under construction, but no problems. Staff was great, went out of their way to accommodate us and our young child. Pool was warm and clean and staff was very responsive to the smallest request.

My husband and I loved this place. We got a great deal. Our room was super nice, bed was comfortable. We were super close to downtown. The shuttle service was nice. I cannot think of one negative thing to say!

Terrific place!”
We only stayed one really short night, which was a real shame! This is a very unique and awesome hotel for a surprisingly small amount of $. Cleanliness, decor, staff, accuracy of booking and description, safety, parking - everything was terrific (we didn't swim, so can't speak re: pool)! They've done a superb job renovating the place. If ever we are in the area again, we will definitely try to stay longer at the Graduate! Highly recommend it!

I was impressed with the hotel staff and the rooms. They were very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are decorated so cute. The room keys are made to look like old college IDs. Totally enjoyed our visit. My only compliant would be that there is not a coffee pot in the room. That might be a COVID thing.

Love this hotel! We give this hotel five stars. The staff is fantastic; the decor is amazing; the hotel is in the middle of the downtown square and is so convenient to everything! We will definitely be making this our go to hotel in Fayetteville!

Exceptional”
Prices went up pretty high for prom night. I’m positive that the queen room is not normally $200 a night. I would expect that for the suite but not a single room. Staff was exceptional. Answered questions and very knowledgeable. Was even asked how prom went. Even though ours was not at the hotel. Front desk guy even asked if one of our kids needed help tying his tie and complimented my daughter’s dress. Not sure his name. Tall guy with glasses. Kind of reddish brown hair. Very nice guy.

Fun nostalgic stay enhanced by throwback furnishings & artistic accents. Now that damage from heavy snow this past February has been repaired its probably our new “go-to” downtown FV location…just parked our car & walked to everything nearby!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Not a whole lot of upscale options in Fayetteville, but The Graduate is a good bet considering it's in the heart of a college town. okay. Besides that, the rooms are wayyyy to patterned and busy. I walked in wearing a patterned skirt and when I realized how visually busy the room was, I had to change and get out of there because it as just too much sensory overload. We we're not planning on spending much time in the room anyway, so it's not the biggest deal. Besides that, great location.

Nice but NOISY!”
Look, you can tell they spent a lot of money on the aesthetics of the place. It's very contemporary-modern in its design, the beds are nice, decorations are chic...but it all amounts to putting lipstick on a pig when the walls are so thin you can hear all the finer details of every conversation your neighbor is having. It wasnt that the gentleman staying next to us was particularly loud, either. But just at average speaking levels we could hear every word he said. We knew exactly when he was watching TV, and when he had left his room. This is a pretty big issue. I believe the hotel is aware of this, which is why each room comes with a sign posted on the desk offering to supply each guest with a free pair of ear plugs so they can sleep. I kid you not. Ear plugs are not the answer. Most people still want to be able to hear when they go to bed because they have alarms to wake up to, and ear plugs are not comfortable, either. Invest in soundproofing your rooms and you'll have a nice place.
