Just bad...”
This place is not a hotel, it's a apartment/condo turns building into hotel. Parking is horrible as you need to circle around the whole complex but you need to wait for the guard to run over and open the second gate for you as your hotel key card doesn't have the access... First room we got had a faulty window where it won't be able to close on both side as in when closing left side, it will open right side and vice versa so we request the room to be changed. Second room we have was ok but problem starts to pop up as the room doesn't have any trash cans. No trash cans! Only shampoo and body lotion was given... No shower gel and since staff only stays only until 11pm with no convenient store nearby (the one in building close at 8pm), no one can help... It doesn't end there... They didn't put in anything to block the noise AT ALL... My second room is almost at the end of the hall but you can still hear people getting out from elevator and walking in the hallway, opening closing doors but that's not all. The bedroom feels like you sleeping on the street next to the highway as you can hear cars/motorbikes all night long as the place is next to the street. Location is also bad as to get into the city, you need to go out of your way to make a u-turn. All in all, if you don't know how to manage a hotel... Don't open one...

Nice Room but Lousy Location”
The room was very nice like a small studio with a separate bedroom. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. That's about all the positive things I can say. The location is not good at all. It's right next to the freeway so you get constant noise from that. Plus very bright lights in the parking lot made it impossible to get a dark room for sleeping. There is nothing around that you can easily get to, except for a small restaurant and a small store on the premises. They both have limited options and close early. The Internet was very slow in the room. It's also the only place I've ever stayed at in Thailand that charges for drinking water. I was going to get breakfast at the restaurant but they had a buffet going on. It wasn't included in my rate so I was going to just pay for it but looking around, there was nothing left to eat! I ended up buying a bag of nuts at the store and getting out of there as soon as I could.

Not bad”
Good pool. No food around there at all. The menu at their little restaraunt was really really limited and expensive. Good time and not a bad place overall. The rooms are not very insulated so it was very loud in the hallways.

Reception Counter opens at 7am??”
How could a hotel have a reception counter that only opens at 7am in the morning?? I'd find this ridiculous. This property has a nice surroundings. Please have a 24-hour reception counter staff. This place requires you to have a car. Its location is not conveniently situated.

An average budget hotel”
Clean, friendly staff and pleasant. No staff available during the night. However, the gate security can help. No place to put toiletries on in bathroom. Unfortunately there is no bill captain service and to add to this situation there are steps that pervent draging luggage on their wheels. Should do something about it.

Overall, The Change All Suites suited us perfectly. The apartments are new and well appointed, clean and tidy and everything was as we expected in a new building. The rooms were cleaned daily with new towels and drinking water.
