A comfortable stay in Khorat”
This was the first time we have stayed at The Changes All Suites and I can recommend it for cleanliness and facillities. The pool was lovely and clean the staff were attentive and friendly. The one problem is the proximity to anything to eat! You must drive or take a taxi to get to restaurants or markets and due to the proximity to the freeway entrance, it is difficult to access the road required to get to the shopping malls. However, we would stay here again if we could get the same great discount we had this time.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly English speaking staff. Helpful in all situations. Great gym, pool and sauna. If I return to Korat, The Change will be my only choice of place to stay. Not a hotel but a condo. Great Great Great

Good place lacking thought for travellers.”
The Change is fairly well located if you have your own transport. Approx 5 kilometres from city centre. The room is a good size for 2 people and the facilities are very clean, well presented and modern. Pool area is very nice and the gym is well equipped. No self-service laundry on site and rates for in-house laundry services offered are ludicrous. No restaurant on site (as advertised on Facebook) however breakfast can be ordered in advance and delivered to your room, but there is plenty of good eating in Korat so no real issue here. Overall I think 7.6 is a fair score. I would stay again.

Its a Condotel, I will be back”
The wi-fi was down for the first two days which was a pain because I needed to do some work on my laptop. The swimming pool and gym were excellent. No breakfast available. 10 minute walk to Central Plaza . A bit far from restaurants 7/11 etc. There is a small minimart but not much variety i.e. no milk or yoghurt etc.'Unfortunately the room across the hall was rented out to 'a large group' .... it sounded like a n illegal gaming room .... doors banged loudly all night echoing through the marble floors which spoiled an otherwis good accommodation. I will give it another try. you can get a 1 bedroom serviced apartment for 15,000baht/month

My family and I got a great stay - we stayed in both the one and two bedroom suites. I give this hotel a very high rating, with the only down side to child safety with regards to very easy access to the balcony

This hotel is very new and tastefully decorated for the price I can't fault it . The location is a bit out the way but for a £2 taxi ride you can be in the centre of Korat there's not many shops or restaurants nearby this hotel so a taxi is needed to get about

Overall, The Change All Suites suited us perfectly. The apartments are new and well appointed, clean and tidy and everything was as we expected in a new building. The rooms were cleaned daily with new towels and drinking water.

Not bad”
Good pool. No food around there at all. The menu at their little restaraunt was really really limited and expensive. Good time and not a bad place overall. The rooms are not very insulated so it was very loud in the hallways.

Best swimming pool in Korat”
I have stayed here a number of times its a serviced 1 bedroom apartment . If you want good internet ask for a room on the top floor. The Swimming pool (important for me) is superb, and so is the gym. Breakfast is traditional Thai the menu is in Thai but it is very cheap you can add an egg . Its quite far from the centre of town but to eat you can cross the highway via a pedestrian overpass and eat at the Central Plaza mall 's very good food court or the traditional Thai bar-b-q restaurant before the mall. I will return.

Super nice place for relaxing and enjoying the pool.. nice spacious room as well.. walking distance to Central mall where you can get anything but for anywhere else you need a taxi or rent a motorbike.

Nice Room but Lousy Location”
The room was very nice like a small studio with a separate bedroom. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. That's about all the positive things I can say. The location is not good at all. It's right next to the freeway so you get constant noise from that. Plus very bright lights in the parking lot made it impossible to get a dark room for sleeping. There is nothing around that you can easily get to, except for a small restaurant and a small store on the premises. They both have limited options and close early. The Internet was very slow in the room. It's also the only place I've ever stayed at in Thailand that charges for drinking water. I was going to get breakfast at the restaurant but they had a buffet going on. It wasn't included in my rate so I was going to just pay for it but looking around, there was nothing left to eat! I ended up buying a bag of nuts at the store and getting out of there as soon as I could.

skin irritation from bed - no sleep”
have stayed here several times. always good before. this time room 711 facing north. no problems except bad tv reception and bed. after irritation found small brown stains on comforter. not bed bugs since no bites. could just be they changed detergent. no further problems after checkout so poor cleaning or new detergent most likely cause. will stay again give another chance

Great location across the street from Central Korat but you will need to make a U-turn that is very far to get to/from the hotel. Nice pool and relaxing environment. The bathroom however smelled awful and there were many insects in my room.
