If you're just looking for a place to have a break or sleep this is it. It's not a resort or some fancy hotel and it's not close to the town proper (15-20 mins with a car) but it's good for travelers looking for an affordable stop.

Hire more staff”
The hotel has to hire more staff since on that they there was only one. I don't know if the girl in the receptionist was an employee. She was kind though. They also have to fix the glass on the 2nd floor door across RM no. 307 and its aircon was leaking.

The hotel only looks nice in the photo gallery since those appear to have been taken during its hayday. The hotel interior looks gloomy and could use a fresh coat of paint and repairs. The airconditioner in our room doesn't respond to any remote control. The toilet surface is stained with water marks and the sink had dirt and toothpaste stains. The sliding door lock at the back of the room is broken. WiFi is available but has no intenet service.

Nothing fancy.... but decent enough to have a peaceful and quiet sleep. It came with a free breakfast, considering what we paid for was really cheap, so can't complain! :)

We got there at around 4pm and there was no one in the reception desk. After a couple of minutes, a rude receptionist approached with "And you are?" question. I told him that we had a reservation and he told me that they were already fully booked and there was no room reserved for us. He was rude all the time; making faces and talking to us very rudely. He offered to us the backpacker room and told me we had no choice. That was not the room we booked; the room stinks, the room is dark, you can hear the noise from room. From the rude receptionist and a not so good accommodation, there's nothing good in this hotel.

Went to the hotel during my booked period andan they told me they were full.y booking was confirmed and I even called them directly a few days before to avoid this kind of incident but they couldn't offer me a room. It was so inconvenient especially that I came from Bulacan and was supposed to be spending 2 days in tagaytay. So then my vacation was cut short.

Not right for the price”
There was a cockroach in our room. Heater in the bathroom not working, we asked for help but they don't know how to fix it. The water in the shower was poor. The tv has cable but with bad signal.

Arrived at property was shown to room,nothing worked,we were shown another room same problem,no aircon,internet not working,toilet broken ,no water to basin and everything was dirty.Would not leave my dig there.

Sehr abgelegen an der Hauptstrasse, man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Sehr bemüht aber noch sehr viel zu tun. Angeblich kommt neues Restaurant dazu. Zimmer gross aber nicht sehr sauber. Frühstück ok im Restaurant nebenan. Leider 5 km vom Zentrum weg.

It is the best place to stay in Tagaytay. The room is very comfy and really clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is only 5 min from the city centre by bus or jeepney. I really recommend that place.
