Upgraded to Junior Suite, suitable for relaxation. The room is spacious, clean, with a separate living room and dining table. Breakfast has a lot of options, mainly European food. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the top floor, with a great sea view. There is also a fitness center and sauna room available. The room is fully equipped, except for toothbrushes and razors, which need to be requested. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available in the underground parking lot, but spaces are limited. There is a shuttle service to Jungceylon once a day, departing at 11am and returning at 3:30pm. Overall, it's good value for money.

Lovely place to stay . Beach just across the road. Bangla road maybe 10-15 minits walk away easy to get to . Comfy bed to sleep on , great breakfast options . Just wish they put some pillows on the couch to make it finished looking and for comfort. Top deck pool area is great . Air-condition in the rooms works geat works well. The water pressure can be low for the shower and the hot water isn't great. Careful of papper flushing for the toilet , that is valid fall of the areas , around hotel also. Well let’s start with the positives. Location: Ideally located only 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the main Bangla Rd party district. Daily breakfast available which is good with a chef on hand to cook eggs fresh. Pool overlooks the beach for spectacular views and sunset opportunities. Now for the negatives as we had some issues with our junior suite. Several loose floor tiles raised and popping up making for trip hazards. We actually relocated our coffee table to the centre of the room to avoid walking on them. Secondly our room had a nasty water leak when it rains, the window right beside the bed leaks and pools water along the bed head, the bedside table and onto the floor. Not ideal when there is a bedside lamp there. We had to place a towel on the bed head every night to absorb the water and to prevent it from wetting the bed in case it rained. We did mention this to the receptionist that it was far from ideal however not sure if the language barrier was an issue but the concept that electricity and water don’t mix didn’t register. Maybe they’ll act once someone is electrocuted. The most disappointing thing is that we came here for a holiday to celebrate our 25th anniversary, we didn’t come here to do almost daily clean up duties due to leaking windows. Apart from that the resort is self is quite good so maybe this was just one isolated room and we got unlucky, but the gym was also being renovated with the floor being ripped up to to water damaged so I don’t know? As for housekeeping they do an okay job but they do forget the small things ( Topping up sugar, coffee and water) at times.

I stayed 8 nights + great breakfast with western/thai food cooked fresh and hot. Many veg options. Great coffee as well. + just a minute from the beach, and with a footbath outside. Loved walking to patong and enjoying the views and sand several times a day. This part of the beach is quiter and cleaner as well. + fantastic pool at the rooftop and with great views of the hills and the sea. Loved hanging out there morning and evening. Do note it gets sunny from 8am onwards but there are big umbrellas. + cute little gym. Used it twice. + huge junior suite at a great price. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony chairs and zoning out. It's nice to have a separate living dining area where we ordered food on grab and chilled out. The bedroom stays clean this way. + room is very comfortable with good AC in both living room and bedroom. + huge warm beach towels that can be used for sleeping as well. + sheets/towels can be replaced as often as you like. Housekeeping is very good. Friendly and efficient. - first night, i felt bug bites and had to place towels on the bed to sleep. wasnt an issue after the sheets were changed and the bed was sprayed the next day. - the service at the rooms is a bit iffy. No toothpaste or nail cutter available! I ordered from grab mart app instead. - honey lemon tea was served as separate ingredients and didn't taste good - weird. - the restaurant's lunch and dinner was really subpar. Not sure what happened since breakfast is really great. Also, they didn't grasp the concept of vegetarian at lunch. Veg Pad thai had fish sauce flavours and I think some tiny shrimps. - some of the staff are rude, especially the lady at breakfast. Not sure why she kept being rude to me the whole time when all I did was to ask nice for a take-away cup for my coffee. It made me not want to go for breakfast, but I got over it. Beau resort près de la plage (~100m). L'accueil etait sympa et le staff parle bien anglais. La chambre, située dans le second bâtiment où se trouve la piscine et le fitness, était spacieuse et disposait d'un balcon, d'une baignoire, d'une zone de douche séparée. Assez bien équipée mais comme dans la plupart des chambres d'hôtels en Thaïlande, il manque des espaces logiques pour déposer les serviettes ou ses effets de toilettes. La literie était bonne mais sans plus. Chambre propre. Concernant la pisicne, assez grande et une très belle vue sur la mer. Belle photo pour le coucher de soleil. Le staff sympathique et vous apporteront vos boissons sur votre transats. D'ailleurs, il y a je dirais une vingtaine de transats mais ils ont une terrasse en hauteur avec de la place. Les prix étaient OK si happy hour. Le fitness est assez modeste. Notre chambre, 4407, était à côté de la chambre des concierges donc il y avait un peu de bruit lors du ménage le matin. Notamment le bruit des bouteilles en verre. Ne pas y rester si vous avez le sommeil léger. Il y a 3 petites mosquées aux alentours donc vous entendrez les chants du muezzin. Vous pouvez organiser vos excursions depuis l'hôtel, après avoir un peu comparer c'est un peu le même prix partout. Proche de la plage mais il vous faudra marcher 10-15min pour vous rendre sur bangla road. Il y a le long de la plage un marché sympa et quelques street food donc pas dérangeant. La plage dispose de transats où vous devrez payer 200thb pour 2 mais il y a aussi la possibilité de vous poser sur la plage avec votre serviette ou natte gratuitement En somme je dirais que c'est un très bon établissement mais assez cher
