Location luxury

I love this luxury hotel by Starwood (SPG) , its right in the middle of Times Square... Everything is simply walking distance! The staff are super friendly and helpful, i will definitely come back again.

Great location but expensive food and no view”

Beautiful bathroom, room and friendly service

Very good service and check in information. The room was very well presented and furnished, but a little small and had no view at all, which was a shame when we were right on Times Square. There was some confusion regarding breakfast as it was included on our Agoda booking but this hadn't been passed onto the hotel. We were eventually given coffee, juice and some pastries each morning, but this was disappointing as I had not expected only pastries for breakfast when we book and we wanted to start the day with a hot breakfast (which was the same price on the menu) but the hotel would not change the food selection available. For the money, I found the hotel nice but expensive and unfortunately the breakfast was not worth the additional cost.
