My kind of stay for a good nice retreat - exercise and eats”
I appreciate that Ms Lan whom was the first person that I met at the hotel, and who subsequently checked me in, was extremely attentive and caring. She remembered my name, and also remembered my breakfast preference (like a good hot cup of coffee black). I told her I will come back again. Simple but tasty breakfast with a view. The rooms that I got was a superior Mountain view. I like the room so much that I told Ms Lan that for my next stay, I would hope to have this same room back. I cannot ride a motor-bike. If you do, the location is not an issue. I walked a lot and I like it that I was forced to walk to the market place, or to walk around the lake. I did over 90 km in 3 days or 130,000 steps. Hence, I gave it a 4 stars for location Otherwise, it will have to do with 3 stars. The airport shuttle service can drop you off on their way to the city centre. It is a 5-6 minutes walk in. On the way back to the airport, we arranged for the shuttle to pick me by the side of the road.

Nice place with expansive view over a valley. Good if you want somewhere quiet - no traffic noise at all. Cheerful, English-speaking, helpful girl on desk. Room comfortable. Breakfast of baguette, fried egg and coffee. We got the 'king suite' but it is NOT a suite - not even a junior suite - it is just an ordinary room with a huge window. That was disappointing. Recommend only for those with their own transport as the hotel has no restaurant and there are no shops/restaurants nearby. We got tired of walking 430m to the main road along the narrow lane. Several taxis refused to take us to the hotel from town (don't know why) and once we ended up walking all the way. We spent two nights in town and two nights here, so it was okay on the whole.

Wasn't good for a solo traveler.. But I've booked for the view and some quite to get work done and it was perfect for the job. The stafg doesn't speak much English at all and the place is mostly only for locals, but everyone was friendly which was cool.

The room is clean and the staff is supportive. However it seemed like they were trying to save costs at the expense of the comforts of the guests eg turning the lift off after 8pm and not turning on the water heater. We had a two year old and for two days we were provided very lukewarm water. Only after there were more guests did they turn on the hot water. I wont visit this place again if there are better options.

If you are looking for a "tent" experience this place it's for you!The walls are made from paper and until 1am we heard every single word or movement from the neighbours next door. At 7am we have been woken up by couple with the kids who decided to have s "morning meeting" outside. We booked 2 nights but stayed only one and the staff wasn't even bothered why are we checking out earlier.

Mình book trên agoda khi đến thì phải chuyển sang chi nhánh 2 (cách đó tầm 200m), hệ thống ko phân biệt được chi nhánh 1 vs 2. Hôm mình đến trời mưa nên cũng khá bất tiện. Phòng garden view gọn gàng, giường cứng khá hợp mình nhưng có lẽ sẽ hơi ko thoải mái với nhiều bạn. Mình book phòng garden view nằm bên chi nhánh 2 phải đi xuống bậc thang sắt, hơi dốc nên bạn nào có vali thì cẩn thận xíu. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, dễ thương.

Không nói rõ chi nhánh nào và ở đâu. Ghi địa chỉ 1 đằng trọ 1 nẻo. Dốc rất cao và khó đi. Phòng cách âm tệ và cách nhiệt kém. View tạm ổn.
