I were quire impressed with the Clan hotel from their conceptual design, silent and peaceful ambience, hospitality staff, functional facilities at superb location. Good and qualified for stay at the Clan hotel, but a bit expensive ! Pros : - just a few minutes walk to Telok Ayre MRT (blue one or down town line) and Amoy alley, or not more than 8 minutes to Raffle square MRT or Maxwell MRT. - quite new and clean hotel Con : It may happened only at my room, it's about water drain system at shower area which runs too slowly, even I turn on the water in couple minutes my feet already drown. Don't imagine about if you rinse off shampooing hair, I hope it would fix and the rest of all are perfect. แนะนำให้ไปลองพักกัน! สถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมสะดวกมาก อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟเตล็อค อายร์ และสามารถเดินไปสถานีราฟเฟิลและสถานีแมกซ์เวลได้ด้วย เดินไป-กลับย่าน China town เพื่อไปวัดพระเขี้ยวแก้ว หรือจะไปมาริน่า เบย์ก็สะดวกมากๆ แต่อาจไกลจากถนนออร์ชาดเล็กน้อย โรงแรมใหม่ ค่อนข้างเงียบและสะอาด สระว่ายน้ำเล็ก ดึกๆมันมีคนจับจองไปเล่นน้ำหรือนั่งดูวิว (สระปิดเวลาเที่ยงคืน)

Excellent Staycation with Seamless Chromecast”
Excellent hotel for staycations. Great location close to all the Telok Ayer restaurants. Stunning rooftop pool. But best of all seamless Chromecast on a large TV. The Chromecast set up here is better than so many other 5 star hotels. Also a very comfortable bed and good toiletries.

•Restful stay as the rooms are adjustably bright and comfortable. •Toilet is well equipped and looks clean and well maintained. Water pressure and temperature is easy to control. •Gym and pool are available but we didn’t use at the time. •Spoilt for food. Great location surrounded by an excellent mix of both modern and traditional eateries at FESquare and the rows of shophouses nearby. Also near to town/Orchard. •Well-linked transport. Next to Telok Ayer MRT and near to Chinatown and CBD area. •Friendly, mostly very personal staff with good service. •Pleasant business-styled hotel with dark interior and decor theme. •Has a Chinese/local contemporary fusion cuisine within the same building (qin). •Housekeeping is good and concierge is helpful. Notes •Car park is at Far East Square (FES). Fortunately no rain as adjoining bridge is closed because of covid. •Hotel provides coupons but can only get one a day from ground concierge. •Quite narrow the ramps and car park can get crowded on weekends or evenings so have to drive up to 5th floor. It was $50 once. Lots will be available on the higher floors on crowded evenings. •With the coupon you should be able to clear it successfully. •Do note it expires after a number of hours that they will advise you. •Concierge drop off is quite small and inconspicuous. •Car park exit is right turn only as left turn is for turning into the opposite building only.

my sis&I had a staycation at The Clan Hotel for belated bday. we were given a surprise birthday cake w a msg card. Thank you!!Appreciate that! stayed on lvl22nice room w great views of the city. the room is modern cosy&comfortable w great amenities,good enough for resting&a short escape from reality. washroom had a great rain shower&a bidet system. love the hotel for its interior, welcome tea ceremony&hotel facilities. staff were overwhelmed by the crowd which caused some delay during the check in process. other than that, a pleasant stay! definitely will go back again for another room type Thank you The Clan Hotel!

It's a great place to stay, location is near train station like 2-3 minutes walk from the station. We also met some Kababayans who are staff in the hotel. Thanks for the warm welcome:) This place is really good! It's worth the money that you will spend. If there will be another chance to go in SG, we will probably stay at the Clan again.

I stayed here for a bit of solo staycation and loved it. I love that the location is near to so many restaurants. Breakfast at the qin restaurant was a feast for 1 person. Can only choose what is available in the menu but overall the food was good. The room is clean. Just one mishap when i entered the room the tv was off was not able to use it at first even after pushing the on button. But was able to fix after a while by unplugging and plugging. Also loved the free snacks and teas. Overall my stay here was worth and enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

A very nice hotel in a good location. The design is classy and simple. The staff very attentive. The rooms comfortable and functional. Little extras like a Nespresso coffee machine and water filter, plus a nice welcome tea and treat at checkin, make it welcoming and cozy. The views from the hotel are also quite amazing. A definite yes.

Modern minimalist hotel in the middle of bustling Chinatown”
Great location, room is well designed and very modern, I especially love the Japanese heated toilet, strong pressure and temperature in the shower. Plenty of space in the room to keep your belonging. Room came with free mini bar (1 coke, 1 sprite, 1 OJ and 1 apple juice) but it never refilled during our 3 nights stay. Some housekeeper are quite lazy, they didn’t replace our toilet paper, bathrobe and other amenities even when we leave tips for them in the room. Staff in the front desk very friendly and helpful. On my partner birthday night, they left him a scroll 📜 wishing him Happy Birthday and some chocolate. Pool has great view and very nice. But quite small with only around 8 sun beds. Once you came into the hotel, u can smell a very nice scent that very soothing and calming. They locked the front door at 10pm so u can only go in if u have room key to access. 10 minutes walk there is a coin laundry, so it’s quite convenient.

Amazing! ”
By far one of the best hotels out there. Upon confirmation, they sent us a message and it was easy to send enquiries when needed. check in process was seamless. concierge were helpful and hit the gong to welcome us. We were brought up to lvl 2 and attended by Adrian who wished my husband a happy belated birthday. then had our tea ceremony. The exterior of the hotel was sleek, and the interior was exceptionally beautiful, a mix of modern and traditional with display tea sets, umbrellas etc. cool vibes esp with the terms like Clansmen, Clan Keeper etc. Super surprised by the birthday deco they set up in our room! Adrian and another staff came up to send our luggage and surprised us again by singing a birthday song and presenting my husband with a birthday cake and a gift from the hotel. We were also given late check out in view of the celebration. Our deluxe room was cosy, washroom had a great rain shower and a bidet system+ heated toilet bowl so you don't freeze while sitting on it in the morning. Staff is attentive and greets you whenever they see you, called us to ask if we needed housekeeping. Great location too. 1-2 mins away from Telok Ayer MRT. Not too expensive to Grab to other places too because it's a central area. Thank you Rachel, Jon and Joanne, Adrian and other hotel staff for making it a pleasant stay. Thumbs up!

Bestest new staycay hotel of 2022”
We were wow’ed by the grandeur design and sophisticated luxurious style of The Clan hotel. The entrance on the first floor feels like a mysterious doorway and we were greeted by a gong. The bellboy Christopher, Faiz and Zhong gave a very warm welcome to our arrival. The star amongst the staff I have to say goes to the front desk. Sam, Paulo and Chrisitiania gave such generous and heartwarming hospitality. There were very sincere in serving the guests as “family” as one of us. I was seated at the beautiful lobby awaiting to settle the rooms when Sam came by my side and kneeled next to me to pass the room keys. I was taken aback by this gesture of his. The tea ceremony was made for us upon arrival to the hotel was indeed a nice touch to the overall experience ! However I do have to give feedback on Tea Master Alex Chua. Seems a little bit cold and uninviting vibes that my friends and I felt from him. Nil eye contact was made by him throughout the tea ceremony and neither smiles nor warmth was felt. There wasn’t any response from him either when he cleared the tea set from our table. Compliments goes to the housekeeping team as well for always being so smiley and polite whenever they greet us at the door to all our requests. Was pleasantly surprise too to comeback to our room with the turndown service ! The spectacular gym and infinity pool was also the highlight to our stay !

Five solid stars ⭐️ ”
The Clan Hotel is one of the most cleanest hotel ever. The hotel concept was beautiful! The room was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing board, robe, toilet with a superbly hi-tech bidet and many more. I’m in love with the bed- it was so comfy, pillows were so fluffy! It was also my birthday and they even went beyond to prepare a mini cake for me. Staff was friendly, especially Kenneth- so polite and friendly! We also went to the sky pool at 11pm, it was very chilly but nice! I would say usually pools reek of the chlorine smell but this particular pool had 0 chlorine smell. Around the vicinity, there’s also plenty of restaurants/hawker/bars and convenience stores which are easily accessible, + with the MRT being a 3 min walk away, you could literally go anywhere else. Overall, i would rate it a solid 5/5! I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

A very food choice for this trip”
I celebrated my birthday while staying at this accommodation. They gave me a surprise birthday cake with a message card.(Thank you😊) When I arrived, I was able to soothe my tired body with welcome tea and manage my next schedule well with a pleasant room condition. The breakfast was sadisfactory and the view was good. The fitness center at the top of the building also has a good view, making it suitable for morning exercise, and the Infinity Pool is rather small, but it was good enough to see because it was not used. Finally, the location is very good.

Anniversary Staycation”
Upon check in, GSE Kenneth Ong, warmly greeted us at reception. He took the initiative to note our requests of late check out and a room on the high floor. He put us in a nice corner room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed watching the sunset in the comfort of our own room. He extended our check out timing to 1pm. As, we were there to celebrate our anniversary, Kenneth arranged a cake to be sent up to the room. He also gave us 2 time slots for swimming as we wanted to catch both the night and day view. The additional option of having someone prepare a warm bubble bath for you is a nice touch. Overall, we had a lovely overnight stay experience which exceeded our expectations.

One of the best hotel experience ”
The staff made me feel welcomed and at home from the moment I reached the hotel. Special mention to Guest Service Executive, Adrian, who was really friendly, professional, and helpful! He even offered a late check- out at 2pm when he learnt that I was there for a staycation- without me asking. Amenities in the room were great and I had a really comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of equipment and wonderful view at the sky gym. Last but not least, the hotel is located at a great location with lots of good food option. Thank you The Clan for the awesome experience. I felt that the space on level 30 where the gym and the pool are located is well thought of in the perspective of a guest experience. Shower + bathroom + locker facilities are very accessible from both the gym and the pool. (Also the Toto seat cover is awesome! Reminds me of Japan haha.) Pool is clean, jacuzzi unfortunately is closed due to current covid measures.Gym has a big screen loaded with many follow-tutorials. The location is perfect with so many great cafes and restaurants within 2-5mins walk. Also, Telok Ayer MRT is just across the road. Nice of them to give a complimentary cake for our anniversary. 😊👍🏻

We called afew weeks before asking for an upgrade. We reached earlier than the check in time and we were we got to check in with the upgrade! The staff were all so polite and professional. Breakfast buffet was good too. Not halal though. Lots of food places around the area. The view from our room was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again 👍🏻

I went in early even though check in is at 2pm. I got my room right away within mins.. check in was fast. I had afew heavy stuffs with me just simply told them im having a suprised birthday just for a night. The reception lady was super kind to help me with my bags. And so later that day we got back to our room after dinner. They gave us a small cake in a nice bird cage decor with a note saying "Happy birthday"to my partner on that day. I mean come on that small little thing that they did was just simply made us so happy n joyful cause no other hotel is that thoughtful. We had a great time definitely. Exceptional”
Amazing experience even though we were just here for 1 night. Greeted with nice interiors & a tea ceremony which consisted of oolong tea & tau sar piah. We requested for a corner room so there is more natural light coming into our room. The TV however was placed sideways, which made it weird to watch shows while in bed since we would have to turn our heads. The pillows & sheets also smelt weird, not too sure if it's because it's made out of down feathers, but it was really quite a turn off. Air conditioning was pretty strong as well, had to turn to the lowest fan speed + highest temperature. LOVE the heated toilet bowl with bidet!! Gym was nice and spacious. Love how there's less machines and more functional training equipment. Didn't get to use the pool though :( I would definitely stay here again!!

We had an amazing experience at The Clan Hotel, from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Definitely the type of hotel to book when you want to treat yourself. The room was modern and cozy, with great amenities. We really loved that the TV had all the smart functions like Youtube & mirroring. Gym was well equipped, pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good too. One of the best stays in Singapore.
