If you are going to join any event in the sport centre, this is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is just next to the MRT and bus stop. Greenfield is very close to walk with. Room is spacious. Easy to access food and stationery shop ;)

Great Location Located Near Huan Bei Station”
The location was nice and just location near to Huan Bei Station which linked to Taoyuan International Airport. Breakfast was quite nice and facilities of hotel quite amazing. Probably will come back again if want to rush for departure of flight on next day.

Need improvement on front desk”
The location is great. The hotel and A21 mrt is less than 5min away. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel surrounding have some eatery which you can dine in. But there's no convenience store nearby the nearest is like 10-15min away. The hotel front line need more improvement in their services. The willingness to help guest is not there, the cleaner is friendlier than the front desk staff (they neither smile nor great) and am surprise that when we return to collect our luggage the front desk staff tell us.. you push open that door (while she sit at her seat) you see your luggage just take. Was abit stun coz usually such room is not suppsed to be enter by guest. Overall, still acceptable if you do not have any expectation.

MRT降りてすぐそこ！Right by the MRT station”
Convenient location. 5 min walk from the MRT station. You Bike station is also nearby. The room was very compact, some hairs left on the floor, the front desk staff was awful, but the breakfast was unexpectedly nice. I may come back for the breakfast, but definitely not for the service at the front.

Saw 2 roaches in 3 nights. The bathroom has mildew in all the corners and crevasses. The air conditioner was loud and has very limited control. Carpet in hallways was very dirty and full of stains.

Bad experience”
We were really disappointed. It does not look as in the photos! The hotel smelled bad, it was not that clean, the room was COLD, the reception lad could not speak English AT ALL, hard to communicate. The breakfast was smelly and too oily. No no no. The only good thing is that it was close to the airport...ok for a layover.
